Luxurious & Spacious Bentonville Custom European Home- Remodel-w/Oasis Pool!

Our home is a custom-built luxury residence that is carefully maintained and accurately represented. My home consistently receives five-star reviews from guests who value its quality, privacy, and high-end furnishings. While the property is not new, it is professionally serviced and regularly inspected. Regarding the concerns mentioned: • Northwest Arkansas is a natural, wooded environment, and the home is on a routine professional pest-control program. • All plumbing fixtures and appliances were fully functional before and after your stay; no related issues were reported by subsequent guests. • The soaking tub includes an overflow safety feature that limits fill level by design. We always encourage guests to communicate any concerns during their stay so they can be addressed promptly. No maintenance requests or issues were reported to us during your visit, which limited our ability to assist in real time. Our home is priced and positioned for guests seeking a private, high-end residential experience rather than a hotel environment. Thank you for your feedback. I see that your concerns were related with things in the outdoors. The winter and Bentonville brought a lot of moisture to the area, and the spring has been quite windy and lots of pollen, which is the reason the pool, and has some pollen and leaves on the surface. We’re sorry that happened. Generally in the summertime this is not an issue as most of the wind is over. We do leave a pool that next to the pool that is for your use. Our house cleaner has addressed the outdoor grill and had cleaned it prior to your arrival. I think it was just dirty on the outside. Again that would just be elements of the forest behind the house. As far as the garbage goes, we do require that you take your garbage out to the street. Thanks again for your feedback

As far as what the issue was… The hot tub was never broken. .. as it turns out it was turned off. We’re not sure who how or why butSomeone had turned the gas knob so that there was no flame. After paying a repairman to come out, that’s all it was. I was just as bummed as you were.
