A modern and remodeled condo with a partial view of Lake Tahoe in a private gated community awaits your next vacation. Experience Lake Tahoe with the ease of beach access and a short drive to the ski resort. Relax on the top deck soaking in the views of Sierra mountains and Lake Tahoe, or take a serene walk to the private community beach, or play tennis in the community courts in the woods.


The modern condo features open-beam ceilings, comfortable living spaces, family-friendly living, a wood fireplace with gas starter, upgraded appliances, a fully remodeled kitchen, new flooring and carpet, extra fridge, table tennis, gas BBQ grill, outdoor lounging, breakfast bar, "smart" televisions, WiFi, washer, dryer, and ski/beach storage closet. The kitchen has cooking and baking essentials, and kids plates and utensils. Towels and sheets are provided.


The condo's location allows for year-round activities. Heavenly Resort, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, casinos, hiking, nature walks, and more within a 5-10 min drive. The best of summer and winter fun is at the tips of your fingers.


Bring your furry friend with you for an additional cleaning fee of $250. The beach is closed to pets from May to September every year and all dogs must be on leash. Renter MUST let us know if a pet will be joining to avoid additional fees.

The Space:
Enter on a covered porch, to keep winter and summer gear, and step through the door. The first bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with a connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The primary suite is also downstairs with king bed, connecting bathroom with shower and bathtub, and leads to one of the back decks facing the beach. The upstairs opens up to the open floor, third bedroom with full size bunk beds, and bathroom. The bathroom is not connecting to the bedroom and has a shower. There is Wi-Fi, and a smart television in the living. The living room also has a wood burning fireplace and leads to the upper second deck with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor lounge set. There is a JLB Bluetooth Speaker and mini ping pong/pool/table hockey game in the living room. There are several board games and puzzles in the living room and upstairs bedroom closet.

Yes, we love pets and welcome them (i.e. pet friendly), but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone.


If a pet is brought into the home without permission, discussion, or paying a the pet cleaning fee prior to arrival, we will be charging extra fees in addition to the nonrefundable pet cleaning fee.

Parking: This PineWild unit is guaranteed two parking spot. One in the assigned unit number outside the condo door, and the other in the parking garage below the tennis courts. Additional cars can park at nearby parking garages or lots. Garages and lots may charge an overnight fee. You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”. 

NO BACHELOR PARTIES OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES!

We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license as proof of 25 years or older, per Douglas County VHR Code. 


No Air Conditioning: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided.

Fire/Smoke Season can affect air quality. Please review our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds due to air quality. 

HOA Note: The townhouse is in a condo association. Each unit is individually owned and managed. Therefore, we do not create the HOA rules and guidelines. Please read and follow the HOA and county rules. They are enforced by the HOA and Douglas County.

Beautiful and secluded location, not far from downtown SLT
We had a quite and relaxing stay here. The location was quite and within walking distance from the beach. It does require a short drive to arrive to downtown, but not being in the middle of traffic and people is worth it. The updated kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots/pans/bowls/etc that would be needed to feed 8 people! This was the biggest plus for our family get together! Thanks!

My family enjoyed this property, it was very clean and very comfortable. Brandon the property manager always responded and make our arrival very easy. My only suggestion is to add a tv in the master bedroom. We would definitely would rent this property again and discussed renting it next time in the summer.

The location was beautiful. Short distance to the private beach. Community was clean and quiet. Condo was ok. It needs to be cleaned. Trash was still in the trash cans. Refrigerator was dirty, worn out towels, walls in dining/ kitchen area was dirty. The kitchen drawers had food crumbs. Used bar soap in showers. Bedroom smelled like dog pee that was covered up with room freshener. A lot of potential.
