From the balcony of this top floor Penthouse condo it actually feels like you can see forever with the sun sparkling off the aqua waters of the Gulf, and the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast.

Just minutes from the International Airport and Pier Park, you are in Tropic Winds, one of the newest developments in Panama City Beach located on the prestigious and quiet west end. From the condo's comfortable, inviting furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, it’s a perfect retreat whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, or a fun-filled vacation.

Upon arrival, you’ll park in your reserved, covered parking place just a few feet from the elevators. Unique to this development, and one of its best features, is the spacious, over sized balcony – 280 sq. ft – one of the largest in Panama City Beach! This huge space affords another living area, and with the dining table & chairs, bistro table and lounge chairs, there is plenty of room for everyone.

Imagine sipping your morning cup of coffee while watching the beach and the sun awake around you... or enjoying a nightcap as the sun sinks slowly into the sea amidst a burst of color. You have a great view of the water, and are often treated to a visit by rays or dolphins, even turtles. What a setting to enjoy the wonders of Mother Nature.

Before you strike out to see what Panama City Beach has to offer, we invite you to first tour your condo. With both the master bedroom and the living room opening onto the large balcony, you’ll find a bright, cheery home with some special features to enhance your vacation.

Tropic Winds offers 300 feet of white sandy beach, a Gulf side hot tub, pool (heated in the winter), sun deck, gas and charcoal grills, steam room and beach side showers to wash the salt and sand away.

Parking: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

Very nice having an assigned space in the parking deck although the deck is challenging to drive in. Description for the unit said parking was on first level, which was great, but it was on 2nd level, which was better than the 4th level space we had last year, but not as advertised. Greta’s Vacation Rentals was easy to work with last year and this; the phone call as we were headed to the beach letting us know the unit was ready was very helpful. Not great was the pool being unavailable either week we were there and fewer stars below for the unavailable amenity.

Condo was comfortable, reasonably clean, nicely decorated and sufficiently stocked with all essentials; beds were both king size and very comfortable. Balconies are a very good size and we liked the balcony furniture for this unit. Parking at Tropic Winds is tight and challenging but is assigned; the space for this unit was on the 2nd level just off the ramp up from the first level. Last year we had a 4th level space - trust me this space was so much easier to get in and out of. One thing we learned for sure is that if the next door neighbor is there with their dogs who are loud and anxious, you will know it. Building location is good; restaurant 2 blocks away is very good; Greta’s Beach Rental is easy to work with and quick to respond if you need them. But, NOT happy about the pool being unavailable for our entire two weeks with little explanation and no forewarning. The pool is as important to us as the beach.
