Complicated stay

Location is excellent and building quite nice. The place was dirty, dog food all around, washer full of bedding, furniture very basic and cheap. Only 3 chairs available. I got multiple emails with instructions, sometimes contradicting, the place has a few signs with threatening language. Did not feel welcomed. When I was able to talk to customer service they were very nice, but took a long time to get back to me.

Not worth the price

Location was good for all our downtown activities. But the condo was dirty, a chair was broken, linens were shabby, kitchen was ill-equipped. A persistent odor filled each room, as if trying to cover up a problem - not good for those with allergic reactions. It was obvious that no-one was interested in maintaining this rental property. I strongly suggest you search for another option if coming to downtown Charlotte,

This unit is on the 22th floor with beautiful view of the city and so far all our guests have loved this unit. We were not aware that you were allergic to cleaning liquid perfume. We cant do much since most cleaning liquids have some fragrance to them and no one has ever complaint about this fragrance in any of our units. We will ask our cleaning company to change this cleaning liquids. Thanks and have a nice day
