Perfect Condo!

This was our first stay in Perdido Key and it was amazing, we'll definitely be back! Our condo was amazing! The perfect size for our party, decorated so cute, and the closeness and view of the beach was the cherry on top! Would definitely recommend to any family!

The property was very nice. The condo was perfect for our family. Four bedrooms with their own bath was perfect. There were a couple issues that were negatives for me. The TV in the living room didn't work as much as it worked. The TV would go dark in the middle of watching something. We did call customer service. They did come to check into the TV issues, and of course, at the time there was no issue. They believed that it was a user-issue, but was not. I think there is an issue with the quality of the WI-FI in the unit. The other issue is the lack to paper products being stocked in the unit. We only were provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Clearly this is not enough for 7 people. It's ridiculous that we need to buy toilet paper at the price of this rental. The same issue existed for paper towels in the kitchen and for kitchen garbage bags.One last issue is that occupants of one of the units were smoking marijuana and cigarettes during our stay. Every afternoon and evening when on our balance, we could smell it, and it wasn't a faint smell. I don't blame the management company for this, but it was very annoying.

Hits and Misses

The unit itself was nice and large. Each bedroom had its on bathroom which was a plus. The two Master's with ocean view balcony access was divine. The other two bedrooms where a far enough way from both Master suites which was perfect. My 10 year old daughter was in one and my 10 year old nephew and 7 year old son in another. Upon arroval there was no working light bulbs in the boy's bedroom. The floors were very sweaty and slick. The curtains in my daughter's bedroom and the main living space need to be replaced. They were not easy to open to allow the fresh light in and to view the oceanfront balcony. NO CHAIRS came with the unit which was odd. A 4BR unit of that status should have come with chairs. The iron needs to be replaced as well. The decorum was very nice. The Master bedrooms were the only rooms with Smart TVs. The main living space should have a Smart TV as well as ALL bedrooms. The 1st two days it rained so it would have been nice for everyone to have acceas to Smart TVs and to have one in the main living space for all to enjoy a good movie together. Loved the balcony and overall an okay unit for party of 7.
