This brand new build (22') home touts spacious rooms, hot tubs, large windows, abundant sleeping space, huge decks, entertainment/bar room, and breathtaking views of Whetstone, Crested Butte, Gothic, Mt. Emmons and Paradise Divide.

Amenities include: outdoor hot tub, steam shower, large 2 person tub in the master w/ a toto washlet toilet, gourmet kitchen. The downstairs entertainment room provides an additional hang-out zone, for kids or additional guests wanting to crash on the couch. We look forward to the opportunity to host you!

Our group of 8 adults had a great stay! The views were amazing from all angles! The living room is perfectly situated for all to sit together around the fireplace. The kitchen is perfectly stocked. It’s an easy drive to town and slopes. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic Mountain Home in Crested Butte

Very nice home in CB. Gorgeous views of the mountains. This home would be equally beautiful in the summer! Our family had plenty of space and the Traeger grill was awesome.

Such a lovely house!

We enjoyed our stay at Bella Monte so much! This is by far the best stocked house we've ever stayed in. The house was not only well stocked, but very clean, and a great fit for our group. We loved the king beds with en suite baths, such a nice set up. The hot tub was a hit as well. The views from the den and kitchen are WOW! Thank you for letting our group stay and we hope to come back soon!

Crested Butte Club & Valley

This home has a beautiful view of the valley and golf community located just above Crested Butte Village. The amenities were top notch and it provided our family of 7 a wonderful week to start 2023 and relax after the great days of powder skiing. The kitchen offers exclusive equipment and cookware to prepare your guests favorite meals. It was a great experience for us all!

This was an awesome house in a great location. The deck and the views are the best. This house is very comfortable and the owners were great to work with. This is our number one place to stay in at Crested Butte! We have not stayed anywhere that had all the kitchen ware you need but this one does. Owners even left us a good bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Very nice and comfortable furniture and beds. 10/10 stay!

After living in Woodland Park Colorado for 36 years and graduating 5 kids from school there we had a 2nd home in Breckenridge which became too crowded. We became managers of the benchmark mortgage office in Crested Butte and moved here. We now spend most of our winters in Cave Creek Arizona.

Why they chose this property

Being a short bicycle ride away from town and short drive or shuttle ride to the mountain, Skyland has the lake, golf course and cross country skiing, hiking. biking, atv and dirt bike trails all very close.

What makes this property unique

The best views you'll find anywhere! designed by a surveyor who pinpointed the mountain views first then designed the house around them. 4 suites plus a downstairs family room and an open gas fireplace.
