The island and property is beautiful as ever! Welcome to our newest property at Paradise Cove Townhomes on Clearwater Beach! We have been renting vacation properties for the past 8 years and have recently added this beautiful townhouse. This well-appointed townhome features tropical decor and 3 levels of luxury living and entertainment!! We added a pool table in the downstairs patio/garage area.
The PERFECT PLACE for an entire family or two, this 2400sq ft, 3 bedroom and 3 full bath townhome comes with everything your family or friends needs for a fabulous vacation featuring an additional private 1000+ sq ft rooftop entertainment sundeck, private rooftop hot tub, with a private elevator that stops at all levels, including the sundeck!!!! There is also plenty of parking with the lower level 1 car garage and 2 car tandem driveway.
Second floor features: open concept living room, dining, and kitchen (fully stocked/stainless steel appliances). You will love the beautiful view overlooking the Intracoastal waterway, pool deck, and boat docks from our private 2nd floor balcony. Down the hallway is the 1st guest bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom attached.
3rd floor features: Primary suite with a king size bed and ensuite bath that includes a large, jetted whirlpool tub, separate large shower, and 2 separate vanities. Down the hallway is the laundry room with newer washer and dryer, and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and private bathroom. This bedroom has 10ft high double doors with a small balcony for a streetside view and glimpse of the Gulf. All beds have very large cedar lined drawers under them, and all nightstands and dressers are also cedar lined.
4th Level: 1000 sqft PRIVATE ROOFTOP entertainment sundeck patio with private hot tub!!!! From your rooftop terrace you will have 360degree views of the sky over Clearwater Beach and the intercoastal waterway as well as the nightlights of the bayside.
Enjoy a glass of wine or coffee at the rooftop bar top or tables. Plenty of room for all your guests!!!
Extras include flatscreens TVs in every bedroom and living room; WIFI; first floor lanai with your own gas grill and seating looking over the pool and boat slips; pool/beach towels; 3 different coolers; 2 wagons/1 with beach tires, a 27-gallon container with kids' beach toys, blow up beach and pool rafts; 2 umbrellas and many beach chairs.
This townhouse is located on the very exclusive Brightwater Dr on the intercoastal and a short walk to the restaurants, shops, beach, bars, nightlife and more. 2-3 blocks from all the favorites Clearwater has to offer but a quiet luxury retreat to live the amazing Florida Salt Life.

Great place! What a fantastic view and location to almost everything! Listing was completely accurate and we really loved the water view with dock, pool table, hot tub on roof with amazing views and walking distance to everything you need. We even left a bag after we checked out and had to turn around to get it. Owners were accommodating and let us back in with no issue. Highly recommend!!

Great place for our vacation

Close to everything you need for a great sunny week in Florida! Lovely home- the elevator was super helpful for the 4 floors. Hot tub was wonderful, beds comfy, great choice on coffee makers, and the young kids had everything they needed for the beach which was a very short walk. Owners were responsive to questions and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A perfect place to stay in Clearwater

This property was amazing. It was very clean, well stocked with everything you could imagine needing/wanting..and more. The house was a great size for the 6 of us, with plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The rooftop was amazing and was the perfect place to watch dolphins go by. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a very special trip and many happy memories. We will be back!

Exceeded Expectations

Overall we had a nice experience staying here. It was spacious, clean, and very quiet and just steps away from anything we wanted to do in Clearwater. The unit was well equipped to make some meals but also close to so many restaurants which we enjoyed walking to. The teens loved the hot tub and being able to walk to the beach and fish on the dock. Great and fast communication from the Host. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Great location

The house is well equipped, nicely decorated and in a great location. It looks better in person than what the pictures can reflect. It’s a five minute or less walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The pool is nice for a quick dip. Even though it’s shared pool it’s never crowded (only shared with the 8 other homes). And being directly on the canal provides a really relaxing environment off the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this rental can’t be beat. Close proximity to beach, restaurants and activities. We didn’t have the best weather to use all the amenities at the rental however having the nice furnishings and space was great for a family of four. The beds are extremely comfortable and have quality bedding. The rental was very clean. Communication with owner and property manager was outstanding. Thank you for welcoming us to your home. We hope to be back in the future.

Great place and great location!

My family of 5 with 3 teen boys had the best time! The location is ideal. We were able to let the boys go out on their own and reconnect for dinner. The townhouse was perfect because everyone could separate and also plenty of room for us to hang out together. We enjoyed everything but especially the hot tub, pool, the kayaks, beach gear and the pool table. We will definitely be back. Shelley was very responsive and answered any questions right away. Amazing location!

We have stayed in these homes prior for spring break. A couple years ago, we stayed in one next door or a couple doors down from this unit for pretty much the same price. The location is incredible, not much better for Clearwater. You can walk everywhere. My only complaint is for the price, the home could use a little love. It wasn't dirty or anything. It just needs some new carpet upstairs, new pillows, bedding and maybe even a new mattress downstairs. I expected more for the price of it.

Had a blast. 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Walked lots of miles around the beach. Townhome was sweet. Hot tub. Great roof deck. Pool was clean and fun for after the beach. Beach was sick. Totally the best beach I’ve been to water wise. Ate gator. Grouper. Crab legs. The owners are awesome. Great support and knowledge of the area. Had dolphins swim to our dock. Fished every night. The townhouse is located right near the heart of Clearwater's white sandy beaches, so you have everything within walking distance such as shops, dining, rentals, guided tours, groceries, and local bars and clubs. Then, if you need a quick afternoon nap or want to sleep in, this residential area is very quiet and quaint. So, it's a true vacation destination and the rooftop patio and whirlpool set it apart from all properties.
