Spacious 3 Bedroom House in Quiet Residential Neighborhood
This listing is for the upper level of a split level house. It is a completely private unit and the lower level is currently vacant. The home sits on a large lot with a large fenced in backyard. Entering the front door you will go up half a flight of stairs to the living level which has a dining room, kitchen with new granite, new cabinets, and all new appliances, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There is a bonus room down the stairs in the back which overlooks the spacious backyard. The bonus room has a foosball table, office desk and chair and washer and dryer.
This property has a security camera on the exterior facing the driveway. Guests may not disable the security camera for any reason.
