Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire studio and all of Beaver Run’s resort amenities—including year-round heated indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, spa, game room, fitness center, restaurants, ski lockers, and more. Step out onto your private balcony, walk straight to the slopes, or enjoy everything the resort has to offer right on-site.

Getting Around:
A Free Shuttle Service that will take you and pick you up from town, or a short walk!

Other Things to Note:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a $75 pet fee.

Peak 9 lifts typically close mid-April — enjoy trails or shuttle to Peak 8 for the rest of ski season.

Parking is available separately and paid directly to Beaver Run Resort, with rates varying by season.

Walking distance to Main Street shops, dining, and events, Beaver Run also operates Shuttles for your convenience.

Please note: Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Amazing stay in Breckenridge

This was one of the coziest and relaxing stays we have had. The condo was clean and just enough space for the two of us and our pup. The ski and ski out really made it all the better. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a stay. And the hosts were very nice and accommodating!

Excellent location - true ski in/ski out. Right at Beaver run chair. Cozy and everything you need. Quick and convenient shuttle to everywhere in town and right on the Breck bus line too - easy to ski to all peaks or take the gonodola and bus home if you get tired.

Cozy little condo!

Cozy little condo in the perfect location! The property offers so much, free shuttle service, swimming pools, hot tubs and onsite restaurant. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. Our host was lovely and easy to work with! It was a perfect summer trip to Breckenridge!

Amazing location. A true a ski-in/ski-out. Although many claim that is true of their property it is not the case. You literally cannot get closer to the lifts and downtown Breck even if a helicopter dropped you in the perfect location.

The PERFECT Ski-In-Ski-Out Apartment

All we wanted to do was ski, and being able to walk one floor down and a couple hundred feet to the ski lockers and the Peak 9 slopes was amazing. The Beaver Run Resort this property is part of provided more than everything we needed, also within minutes of walking distance: restaurants, bars, hot tubs, dog-walking areas. Great little kitchenette, a small balcony... and nice little extras like popcorn and movie-styled popcorn boxes! Loved our stay here!

Brought a small friend group to enjoy the beautiful Colorado skiing and was not disappointed. From the time you get your ski clothes on you can be on a lift within 5 minutes. This condo is perfect for 2 people but worked just fine for 4!

Amazing Breck vacation

Perfect location l, perfect amenities. Love the location to and from beaver run lift, very easy to ride into ground floor to grab lunch or snacks. Owner was very responsive, answer everything I asked. Kids said the sofa bed was the most comfortable mattress they had ever slept on. You don't hear that much from a sofa bed. If I suggest an upgrade it would be on the coffee maker or bring your own pods, which we did. Fresh coffee grounds was a messy. I highly recommend this room. Stress free. Wish we could had brought our dog!
