Sitting in the heart of Cozumel island just a few blocks off the historic main square, Parque Benito Juarez,  Casa de Pakal offers incredible views of the Caribbean and the landscape of vibrant downtown Cozumel. The oceanfront, shopping and many restaurants are a short walk away. Casa de Pakal is in a brand new building called Distrito Cozumel Centro. It features a roof top pool, Jacuzzi, loungers, BBQ grill, and showers and a bathroom. Guests also enjoy an on-site gym, as well as security and parking. 

The owners have taken great care in making sure the condo is comfortable. It sleeps up to 4 in 2 queen beds. It comes with  its own stackable washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, hot & cold water dispenser, balcony, floor to ceiling windows across the family room and the master bedroom, fiber optic Internet, and IP TV with international channels and movies!

Your Cozumel Vacations offers concierge service to guests of Casa de Pakal. We can help with shopping service, chef service, dive or snorkel trips, fishing trips, massage, or any other excursions or services that will make your stay more fun and relaxing! Housekeeping is included in your stay. We offer rental cars, as well, through our agency, Quatro Amigos!

What a GREAT property! The location is close to everything you need, the view from the balcony is AMAZING! The rooftop pool area and the views are stunning. We WILL definitely stay here again!

Condo is in a great spot to easily walk many places. It also sits on a popular street to pick up a MotoTaxi for short trips.Condo was clean, provided plenty of towels and supplies. Building does have a lock to enter the exterior and also has a team member in the lobby so nice for security and check in. Roof/pool area offers a marvelous view.

The layout of 2 bedrooms with their own baths and amenities were perfect for 2 adult Friends.It was very clean, a must for me.The location was a 5 minute walk from the Ferry Terminal and dozens of good restaurants. And it had a lovely view of the harbor.Great stay!

This is a great condo for max two couples, a couple of friends or a small family. It is well equipped and in a great location. The condo is small, but very clean. The a/c works too well! We needed to turn it off in the morning. The front desk folks are good. My only gripe is the weak water pressure in the showers, but otherwise highly recommended.

Weekend trip to Downtown Cozumel

Modern, clean & secure. Great views from the 6th floor and nice rooftop area on 7th floor. Wonderful communication from hosts & concierge via WhatsApp group message, well in advance of trip. Info on things to do, services available in condo (like chef or masseuse) offered prior to arrival. We did have to use taxis to get to grocery store - would have been nice to be within walking distance, although there was a 7-11 store nearby. Close to downtown area & park. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
