About this property

Gorgeous and spacious 1 bedroom condo on the first floor (elevated) - close to stairs or elevator for conviently located in central PCB. On the beach and poolside. Hot tub steps away from the condo.
Open concept kitchen and dining. 70" tv in the livingroom with queen size pullout sofa.
HUGE balcony outside the new sliding doors and windows in the living room. Balcony access also from the bedroom with a wall of windows to take in the view.
Bathroom has a fabulous tile shower with option for rainfall shower, shower head on the wall - or both!
Stainless appliances, granite countertops... coffee pot that does either k-cup or regular ground coffee. Come - relax and enjoy. The beautiful sunsets over the Gulf await you!

Short Trip for Golf in PCB

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pam’s condo. It was spacious, clean and perfect for the two of us. We will definitely look to book it again when we’re in the area!
