We were two families traveling together, and this house suited our needs perfectly. We were a convenient drive to Busch Gardens, and had plenty of nice food options in our immediate area. The kitchen was well outfitted for our group size and needs. Our kids spent hours in the backyard. Our host was very communicative, and the house was very clean.

Family Vacation

House and yard were perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. Pamela was a perfect host. We were busy all week between bush gardens, beach days, Williamsburg and breweries. Would recommed.

In town for basketball tournament

We were a group of a basketball players and families in town for a tournament. The location of the house was great and being able to hang out in a home environment was great. Host was very accommodating when AC wasn’t working and needed extra linens. Having a house was a great option for us!

Perfect for our multi generational family!

Book this property! Our family stayed here for an extended weekend and it was perfect for our multi generational crew. We had folks that ranged in age from 4 to 60 and there was something for everyone. The kids had a ball in the spacious backyard and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. The common living areas and kitchen enabled us to spread out and not feel cramped. The host was incredibly responsive and provided suggestions on activities and restaurants. The location was perfect, close to everything! The property is well maintained with nice decor.

Lovely Hampton Home

This was a group vacation of 6 ladies. Mia Villa suited our needs to a T! Plenty of bedroom space including a converted garage space with 2 beds (denoted "common area' in listing" and a bedroom + bath overhead. Well equipped kitchen and inviting living room area where we could all gather and talk or watch a movie. Ample parking, easy to get to. Nice large backyard space. Our host Pamela was so quick to communicate, it was hard to believe! The home had everything we could need, including a spare toothbrush when I forgot mine! We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us to Hampton. Highly recommend.
