Charlie was a great guest we enjoyed his visit he was able to come and go with ease He treated the place like it was his own
and he is always welcome back.
Great stay and located close to everything we needed and wanted to visit. Responsive and friendly owner, and we enjoyed spending time in this house over the holidays. The kitchen was well-stocked and the snacks/drinks were very much appreciated.
Neat and cozy, comfortable little house. Plenty of parking, nice to have kitchen and laundry in premises. Location is close to historic downtown and Old Town Mesilla.

Cynthia and her party were great guest kind clean and great people. We would definitely welcome them back anytime. Thank you so much Cynthia.
Family came to stay for the weekend while the Renfair and another small event was going on in town, cute house with everything you could need. Very comfortable sleep. I hope to stay again, thank you.
Overall, the stay was very nice! The check-in process was super straightforward, and the host was quick to respond to any issues and worked hard to find solutions when a problem arose. Property is right next to a school, so it felt very safe and the inside was cozy and clean.
For a week stay, it was much less expensive than a hotel. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals and a gas grill in back. We were comfortable there. Martin will respond quickly for any questions.
The home was comfortable and clean. The hosts have done a wonderful job with this home. We would rent again!! My only problem was not being able to let host know when we left because I was unable to access the VRBO APP./
This small house was the perfect place for my stay...
Very close to the concert venue at UNM, and many amenities close by like gas stations and restaurants. The seating in the living room, and the coziness of the bed, made my stay that much more restful! Would definitely recommend, especially at this price.
The hosts have done a great job of little updates to this historic home to give it everything it needs and make it affordable. We loved it. The neighborhood may not be what you expect but don’t let that deter you. Completely safe surrounded by good hardworking people. We would
definitely stay here again .
Property was clean and well maintained! The host had the air on for us-much appreciated after a long day of traveling.
Everything was as advertised. Appreciated the cold bottles of water in the fridge.
This was in the older section of Las Cruces, within walking distance (2 miles; doable for me, maybe not for others) of downtown and other attractions. The neighborhood was mostly quiet. There were a few dogs next door, but they didn't really make much noise. The house was clean and cozy and well-supplied. Would stay there again.
A very pleasant stay: fully equipped, clean, comfortable. Martin is a great, communicative and responsive host.
Overall, I liked the location on the edge of town and it's mostly quiet at night, but there are a lot of dogs left outside all day that bark at anything and everything.
Everything was as listed. If you are looking for a cheap simple place to stay that has what you need and nothing extra this is perfect. Only negative would be the barking dogs across the street every time you step out the door

Thank you Tayler for your nice comments and we are trying to fix the neighbors barking dogs problem when people walk outside we hope to solve it soon thank you
Great place to stay to visit the Las Cruces area. It's an older house but well taken care of and clean. Very comfortable sofa and loveseat in the living room. The kitchen is small but has everything you'd need to cook full meals (which I don't do on vacation) Bedroom has all the space you'd need to unpack and put your luggage away during your stay. Didn't need a washer or dryer but it's there if you do. Martin was a great host and if we find ourselves in the Las Cruces area again someday, we would not hesitate to stay here again!
We came to visit our grandson and family. We got to meet our 7 month old great granddaughter for the first time. This place was 3 minutes from our family. It would have been nice to have a couple of lawn chairs so we could sit out front. There was a picnic table out back but it is harder for my husband to sit on that. We will recommend this place.

Week stay in Las Cruces
Property was as described. Neighborhood was ok, lots of barking dogs every time we went outside. All were contained in their yards. Washer and dryer are very dated and loud but did function. Bedspread was dirty. Not the most comfortable furniture in the living area.
