Clean and cozy! Felt like we had our own space and not like staying at someone else’s home. Access and check in/out instructions were all clear. Would definitely stay here again!
Very nice apartment! It is very nicely appointed and completely equipped with anything and everything you might need. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly.
Stayed here while helping our son and daughter in law move to Las Cruces from out of state. Beautiful casita, very clean. Two burner hit plate and an electric skillet provided a great opportunity to cook while we were staying there. Nice quiet neighborhood. Comfy furniture and bed. Very friendly and helpful host. Would stay here again!
We had the pleasure of staying in Chuck & Marina’s Casita/Guest House. It was the perfect spot for us to put up our feet and relax for the night. Directions, parking. location and keyless entry was easy. Communication replies were quick. The place was perfect for the 3 of us…my son on the sofa sleeper & my husband and I in the separate bedroom. The casita was immaculate and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!Thank You Chuck & Marina for having the perfect place to “lay our heads down” for the night.
Beautiful casita in a great area of town. It was very clean, and quiet. Great furnishings as well. Easy access to hwy 70/ I25, and I10. Walmart, Starbucks, Dutch bros, Taco Bell, Pizza, movies, Burger King, Mexican food all less than 10 min away.
What wonderful hosts and perfect accommodations for my sister and i for our mini vacay to the Hatch Chile Festival. Score of 10 on all of the above! We love New Mexico and had a wonderful time in Las Cruces and Hatch.
Super clean and loved everything about it.Safe parking and beautiful neighborhood. Shower was amazing, very clean and will stay again if we come back through.
We really enjoyed our stay and it was as advertised, all amenities were available. We definitely would recommend this property if someone we know is in the area. The cleanliness was top notch and we will definitely book this property if it's available on our next trip down here.

Charles was a great guest. Left the Casita in good condition. Hope he'll return.
Lovely with all the amenities to make my stay perfect.
The owners thought of everything to make my stay comfortable. I was there last weekend to visit my sister, and this casita was perfect. Good location, Easy checkin/ checkout. I hope it’s available next time I’m in Las Cruces!
This was a perfect stop for us traveling from Texas to AZ. The property is like a little apartment. It has a dining table high top perfect for working or dining. The TV in the living room is huge and has a comfy couch. We had a relaxing night and then got up to take a walk. There were nice big sidewalks for a stroll.
Super cute and clean casita. Great shower. Has all the essentials. New and safe neighborhood. Owners gave clear directions and were responsive. The only thing I would recommend is a foam topper for the very firm bed. I’d stay again.
My husband and I arrived quite late (coming in from Phoenix), to arrive at the cutest Casita. We were there about 8 hours, but felt comfortable, clean and safe the entire time. A definitely A+ recommendation!

Owners living in attached home were very loud early in the morning and walls paper thin. Good for 2 people but no more than that. Sofa was very uncomfortable and no privacy if you have go restroom at night.
We were traveling through with loaded cars after wintering elsewhere. We needed a safe place to park and stay one night. How please we were to find this gem in a new, safe neighborhood! So comfortable and well-suited for our stay. The hosts were so accomodating! We definitely will return!
The casita was as advertised. It was comfortable and a good size for 2 people. My only issue was the sparse kitchen items. I cooked a little breakfast and needed oil and a spatula. I later found them under the sink. Overall, a great place to stay.
Horrible people couldn’t ask to be more dehumanized by somebody that needs to wouldn’t stay there if it was meant for life or death

Unfortunately guest left the commode severely plugged up and overflowing with feces. Since we were not able to unclog the toilet ourselves, we hired a plumber. When addressed about it, he first denied it and said it wasn't him then later said he didn't know he had done that. Guest refused to pay the fee for the plumber and said it was unreasonable. We stressed how upset we were about the situation. Told him we know things can happen but he could've at least advised us. When we told him there was no way he could not have know about it, he said he had canceled his card and sarcastically challenged us to charge his card. Guest resorted to profanity and insults over text message. Even if we were very angry we never insulted him or called him names like he did us, we only asked for additional fee due to the horrible condition the toilet was left in and he refused to accept responsibility.
First of all Beautiful state and Beautiful town. The home is so warm and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. I felt as If were still at home. Had A Beautiful view of the mountains and all places of interests were In close proximity. And the hosts didn't leave anything to chance - great communication and care that I had a wonderful stay.will definitely stay there again!
