Cozy studio apartment with stunning views, in front of Playa Pocitos.
The apartment was fully refurbished in 2021, and new bed and mattress were fitted in June 2022. All the bed linen is new.
The unit has double paned windows, keeping out all unwanted noises and helping you have a quiet and relaxing stay.

There are all amenities (shopping centers, restaurants, off license, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.) within a 5 minutes walking distance, and this location is also served by all major bus lines; the bus stop is only 2 minutes away.
The apartment is fully furnished and ALL expenses/utilities are included in the rent. The same applies for long term rentals.

The building has 24/7 doorman and 24/7 surveillance. You are welcome to store your bags for the day upon check out.

I'm so glad I found this property, it was perfect for my vacation. The host was fast to email back with answers to my questions. The apartment was clean and situated in a well kept friendly building; and although small, contained everything I needed. The location was perfect, right on the Rambla, and within walking distance of three grocery stores and many coffee shops. Three shopping centres were a short bus ride away with the bus stops close by. The view is fantastic and it was fun to watch the parasailers from the balcony.

Great perch above the water!

I enjoyed my stay in this place immensely! Quick access to the beach and the view is magnificent! The host is friendly and accommodating, plenty of space for storage—even a couple of beach chairs! I’d stay again in a heartbeat!
