Kick back and relax in this all new cottage/studio apartment. 5 minutes or walking distance to CCNB amphitheater at Heritage Park, 10 minutes to downtown Simpsonville, 25 minutes to Bon Secours Wellness Arena in downtown Greenville. 20 minutes from GSP airport. Close to Hillcrest Hospital and Bon Secours Simpsonville. Guest have access to the partially fenced backyard as well as full access to private cottage that is seperate from main house. Host lives on property but will give you privacy and is available for any needs or questions. All Dogs welcome service dogs or Non- service Dogs!!

Fresh and comfortable stay

We passed through Simpsonville to see our niece and stayed here. Great choice. It is a separate guest house behind the main house. Convenient and nice. Will stay again if passing this way.
