Welcome to your luxurious riverfront home away from home! Our functional and spacious single-level floor plan was designed with your comfort in mind. Unwind in the open-plan living space, where you can get cozy by the indoor gas fireplace.

- No smoking or vaping inside, outside, or anywhere on the property. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.

- No pets allowed on the property at any time. This
property is strictly No Animals Allowed due to owner's medical condition. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.

- Please remove shoes at the entry way. This is strictly a no shoe house hold to help maintain the longevity of the floors and for the comfort of all guests.

- No events, parties or large gatherings. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book. Photo ID may be required before check-in for age verification.

- Additional fees and taxes may apply.

- Please report any damages that occur to the property host.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- NOTE: This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 guests. No daytime or overnight guests beyond the total occupancy detailed in the reservation at any time.

- NOTE: The garage and upstairs room are off limits to guests. But no one will be staying there.

- NOTE: There is parking for up to six cars on the driveway. There is no street parking allowed.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CHECK-OUT REMINDERS: Check-out is at 10:00am. Remove all perishable items. Take out the trash from all rooms. The trash can is outside the kitchen side door.
Place all used towels in the washer and run the cycle with one capful of detergent plus 1/2 cup borax or washing soda on sanitary towel cycle. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the cycle.
• Make sure ALL doors and windows are shut and locked. • Turn off ALL lights, unplug any electronics that were turned on during the stay. • Close the patio umbrella. Thank you!
