Get ready to create unforgettable memories in this incredible 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, perfectly situated on Anastasia Island between two of St. Augustine's most desired locations: downtown and the beach! You won't want to leave this private paradise, designed for ultimate relaxation and entertaining.

Step inside and be greeted by a spacious, open-concept floor plan, ideal for gathering with loved ones. The main living room features a large flat-screen TV where you can easily log in to all your favorite streaming apps. Downstairs, you'll find a convenient king bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, offering a private retreat. There's also a handy half-bath located near the kitchen and living area.

Upstairs, discover more comfortable sleeping arrangements and an additional gathering space. The first bedroom overlooks the serene backyard oasis and boasts a queen bed, while the second bedroom features two full beds. These rooms share a full bathroom, and a second living area provides extra flexibility with a day bed and pull-out trundle that can convert from a twin to a queen. The well-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with a large island perfect for entertaining and all the utensils you need to make at-home cooking a breeze.

We do love dogs! Please add them to your reservation. We do charge a $150 non-refundable deposit for up to two dogs.

This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation! It was spacious, clean, had a great location, and wonderful amenities. The pool and hot tub were the cherry on top. Heather was a great host who made the check-in and -out process so easy. If we are ever in the area again, this house is our first choice of places to stay!

Our family had the most fantastic time in the house. It was immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need plus some extra touches such as fresh flowers on the table. Incredibly centrally located to many activities and sites throughout St augustine and Anastasia Island. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. We will definitely be back, highly recommend !

Heather was a great host! I would book with her again! The property is beautiful and perfect for a dog friendly getaway. My dogs had a blast and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily! Heather was responsive and quick to address any issues/concerns. The internet was being worked on by Xfinity and she kept us in the know incase of any outages. Heather came by late one evening to change out the router (current one was new but died) to ensure we had internet to watch football the next day. Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome rental!

The host, Heather, had great communication from booking our trip to our checkout. I knew exactly what to expect. The pool and hot tub were a favorite in our group. The location of the property was very convenient to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Check in and check out was simple and efficient. I can tell Heather care about the experience her guests receive when stay here. I will definitely be recommending this others and hope to stay here again!

Amazing house; good location, super clean and great layout!

My husband and I and my friend and our two dogs stayed at Osprey Landing over the holidays and had such an amazing experience. The dogs loved the yard and walking all around the neighborhood. Many streets to walk around without main road traffic. Upon arrival we were wowed with the spacious layout of the home and it was super clean and we loved how minimal it was decorated without clutter but with everything you needed. It was even decorated for Christmas which was very cute and much appreciated as we were celebrating the holidays there together. We took advantage of the location and ate at many restaurants we could walk to. It was a longer walk but totally OK to both downtown area and the lighthouse. We took a quick drive (10 mins) to Saint Augustine beach to walk dogs most days. Free public parking and you can walk up to public beach access points. We hope to come back and visit again. Overall lovely holiday and the ease of this home was a big part of a great visit.

My husband and I moved to St. Augustine in October of 2019 and fell in love with the area. This was the first house we bought together. We soon wanted to be closer to the water, so we bought a second house right down the road. We decided to keep our house and host others who wanted to enjoy St. Augustine. We have two Australian Shepards we adore.

Why they chose this property

This house is in the neighborhood we fell in love with, and why we only moved a half mile up the road. You are so close to everything. A mile to downtown. A mile to beach access. A mile to the Amphitheater. The back yard is fully enclosed with an 8' privacy fence and has a large salt water pool for you to cool off in. The house has a great, open floor plan perfect for families and friends to enjoy.
