What a beautiful, spacious “studio” within a beautiful 19th century house! Lived the hardwood floors with tasteful rugs, efficient kitchenette and comfortable furnishings. Nice yard outside with a wonderful city park across the street and close to restaurants and shopping

Good location

Stayed here during the Pershing balloon derby. It was a great location for the activities in town, vendors, parade, and not far at all from the derby location. Nice older house that has or is in the process of updating areas. Reminded me of my grandmother’s house that I loved with a big porch and rocking chairs.

Well worth the stay. I came from out of state for a funeral. I was worried about doing this as it was the first time I ever stayed anywhere other than a hotel. I was very pleased with the process and condition of the property. I’m definitely going to look for these places when I go somewhere, and if the other places are like this one they will more than meet expectations! Thank you for easing a stressful time in our life.

Great place in a cute area!

Loved the property! Cute place in a great neighborhood. We had a comfortable stay! Nicely redone! The only thing I would say is until I logged in and realized I had a personal message from the owner, i couldn’t get on! The first code I was sent to check in with was not accurate so we stood outside for a very long time trying to get in the lock box. The parking was also a little confusing but I figured it out and parked up front! Thanks for a great nice!
