Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host needs to communicate the correct address to party that is getting ready to go there. We had do a deep dive into getting the correct address. We wasted almost two hours looking for the property. I received the wrong code to get into the house. I had to call a VRBO rep for help. The outside of the property was terrible, it looked like someone had cut the grass with a weed eater with grass cuttings left all over the property. Very frustrating.

Before your arrival, I sent a welcome message, followed by a check-in message on the day of arrival that included your door code and check-in information. Door codes are provided directly by us and are not provided through Vrbo. If you had contacted me when you experienced difficulty accessing the property, I would have been happy to assist you. The property address is also provided in the Vrbo listing and map. Regarding the lawn, we had experienced an extended period of heavy rain. Our lawn service had cut the grass but was unable to make a second pass that day. They planned to return as soon as weather and scheduling permitted. Following your departure, my housekeeper reported that the home required considerably more cleaning than a normal turnover, including food and snack debris in the living room, dirty dishes and glasses throughout the home, and dirty towels left throughout the house. She also found additional items requiring cleaning as she began the deeper cleaning process. I’m disappointed that you did not contact me during your stay, as I would have welcomed the opportunity to address any concerns promptly. I have always worked hard to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home for my guests. I appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.
