The space
This space is a collective blend of décor and furnished with the most respect to long term travelers and families. The kitchen is fully stocked with over 20 spices, oil vinegar, flour, sugar, full cookware and utensils, baking sheets, cutting boards, etc. We offer for families several games, pack n play, and a partnership with the lower commercial daycare tenant to setup childcare before arrival, infant bathtubs at request.

We have Wi-Fi keypads on the the front and rear doors followed by an wi-fi lockbox for keys to enter the apartment

Other things to note
There is a set of stairs in the front and back to enter apartment. There's parking for 1 vehicle, but ample street parking which requires night permission or permit depending on length of stay.

Comfortable spacious apartment

Easy access, safe parking, owners were very easy to converse with and very gracious. Easy access to apartment and very well maintained. It was nice to find a home away from home!

Great but hot

Great 2 bedroom VRBO w sleep-able couch in living room. Only problem - 2 AC units did not provide enough cool air or circulation for mid-80 degree days! Bedroom without AC unit was miserable until early morning. Management was great, very nice & helpful. Apartment was nice & clean.

This was by far one of the best rental houses I've stayed at. Very clean and Mr. Keith was great

Communication was very good. The house is one of the cleanest and well put together units I've ever rented. Really good aesthetics and every thing you can think of. If you're debated between another place and this, you should definitely pick this one.
