10 out of 10 and would and will stay again. Perfect for a family of 4. Great pool..2 minute drive to the beach and close to any amenities. Great location and great host!

Family friendly

Great house. Lots of room. Amazing pool and hot tub. Not very close to beaches/shopping but if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway this is it.

Everything was great. As advertised. Plenty of towels, pillows, pool toys, and beach supplies. Only bummer was a very poor pressures in a beautiful primary shower and a broken bidet. Otherwise, excellent.

Beautiful place

We loved Frank’s place. It was spacious with lots of sitting area, especially around the pool and bar. Frank was very easy to deal with. The neighborhood was also very nice. If you’re not looking for an over-the-top luxury area, yet family oriented and safe feeling, this is the place for you. Everything was conveniently located within a mile.

Game trip

The property was clean, check in is very easy, nice kitchen, yard is pretty much private, pool and spa were easy to operate. Also the house was very conveniently located. We attended an NFL game, the stadium was only 30 minute drive. Probably will return again if I come to the area.

This is a great vacation house. It looks just like in the pictures. The backyard pool area is amazing. The pool is large and the deck area around the pool is very large with lots of seating. We could adjust the pool temperature how we liked it. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need. There are tons of towels. The owner was very responsive. He even let us check in 3 hours early so we had an extra afternoon to enjoy the beautiful pool. The only unusual thing is that the primary bedroom and bathroom are in one open room, which it shows in the pictures. You have to walk through the primary bedroom to get to the sliding door out to the pool, unless you go out the front door of the house and around the side of the house through the gates to the backyard. That would not stop me from staying here again. The location is also excellent. It's close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.
