Champions Gate is one the newest, most prestigious, secure GATED family resorts, close to Disney and Universal. After a few busy days at the parks, enjoy the resort pool, lazy river, theater and restaurant at the Oasis Clubhouse.

SPIDER-MAN THEMED ROOM: The little ones will have an amazing time in the Spider-Man bedroom that will transport them to the world of superheroes.

FROZEN THEMED BEDROOM: Elsa's powers can be felt in this room full of icy wonder! Our Frozen bedroom features Cinderella's castle transformed into an ice palace that will make our princesses feel as if they are sleeping in Frozen's magical world!

'SECRET' HIDEOUT: We even have a hideaway 'Mickey Mouse Clubhouse' themed playroom for our smallest guests, equipped with a piano mat, LED lights and building blocks.

STAR WARS ARCADE/ XBOX/FOOSBALL AND AIR-HOCKEY Tables: FREE GAME-PASS! You will not be able to get the children (and some adults) out of our STAR WARS themed arcade where the whole family can hang out, eat, drink and play surrounded by the ongoing battle between the Republic and the Empire! The Force is strong here indeed!. The arcade is comfortable, decorated with LEDs, fully finished, insulated and has dedicated air-conditioning.

SPACIOUS KITCHEN: Enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen with tons of quartz counter-top space and ample bar seating. There is a dining table that seats 8, countertop seating for 4 additional people, as well as a table in the lanai that can accommodate an additional 6 people. - Full access to kitchen / oven / microwave / refrigerator / dishwasher / coffee maker (dual function, carafe as well as single-cup Keurig brewer) / French press / toaster / blender / kettle / waffle maker.

COFFEE LOVERS CORNER: Do you like your coffee? So do we! A fully equipped coffee bar with dual function (carafe and single-cup Keurig brewer) coffee maker as well as a French Press is available to help you get going in the morning. Coffee is provided!

POOL AND SPA HEATING (optional amenity)

-Pool heating is $35/ night and is recommended from November-April .
-Please inform us as soon as possible if you'd like to add pool heating, but no later than 72 hours before your arrival so it can turned on and the pool and spa ready for your arrival
-Pool heats to about 86F and may not heat up to that degree if the temperature outside falls below 60F.
-If you want to heat the spa for use, pool heat would have to be added as they run on the same heating equipment.

BBQ GRILL: (optional amenity)

-BBQ grill can be arranged, subject to availability for a flat fee of $85 for your entire stay (max 7 days).

Champions Gate is a very short drive to Kissimmee and Celebration, where you will find attractive options for dining and shopping. There is easy access to I-4 which leads to Disney World, Universal, International Drive, the beaches of Tampa, Clearwater Area, and so much more.

Other things to note
-We provide starter packs of shampoos, conditioners, soaps, washer pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags and more for your convenience! This is a self catering vacation thereafter.

POSTAL SERVICE
- USPS does NOT deliver mail on the property. Only UPS and FEDEX will deliver to the doorstep.
