Charming Tudor in the heart of Ann Arbor MI
Located in the desirable Burns Park neighborhood, this historic Tudor home is close to all Ann Arbor has to offer. It is walking distance to local coffee shops and eateries, minutes from downtown, and 1 mile to the Big House! The original details throughout the home have been lovingly maintained and add to its old world charm. The addition of a great room with cathedral ceilings is wonderful for gatherings and entertaining. A true gem of the property is the small gated courtyard which allows for enjoying the outdoors when weather allows, but is also beautiful to view from the great room. The kitchen is fully updated and is accented with a cozy breakfast nook. The upstairs bathrooms have been updated with heated floors. The home is equipped with smart technology for heating and lighting. Two off street parking spaces are available on location.
