About this property

This recently renovated brick ranch is situated in a great location on a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to schools and parks and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Ann Arbor. The home features refinished hardwoods, a heavy presence of natural light, and an updated kitchen features granite countertops with cherry cabinets next to a spacious dine-in area.

The main level has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms while the partially finished lower level makes a great additional living space with a kitchenette, an egress 4th bedroom, full bathroom, rec area, and laundry room. The private fenced yard boasts a spacious deck that makes a great outdoor entertaining space with ample parking.

There are six 4K Smart TV's in the house. The 1st floor living room TV is QLED and comes with cable. The other five are located in the bedrooms and the basement living room and are streaming only. The internet is speedy coming in at 500 MBS!

Nice quiet neighborhood

This house worked great for our family of 5 couples staying for a long weekend. It’s location to nearby grocery stores and a 10 minute car ride to the restaurants downtown was nice. It is in a neighborhood that was nice for taking a walk in. The kitchen had all the pans and cutting board we needed for cooking breakfasts and snacks. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels, pillows, bedding and extra blankets provided. The water pressure for showers was good. The large back patio and fire pit area were nice outdoor spaces we enjoyed. The driveway was big enough to park our two cars in tandem. There was a parking pad in the backyard for a third car if we needed. Overall David’s place was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. We are very happy with our stay there.
