The property was perfect. Beach was fantastic and we love the location. So nice having your own walkway to beach and the deck had a great view! Very chill area at least in October yet so convenient to dining and other activities. Parking under house was really nice as well. We will come back to this house!!

Beautiful home

We absolutely loved the home! Harris Properties was super nice and very attentive to every little detail and always texted back quickly when we had questions. The view from the living room and upstairs is incredible.

Fall Break 2024

The home is beautiful. The pictures are very accurate. The home is very well equipped, the access to the beach is great. We had an issue with a coffee maker that didn’t work so we went and bought one and we could not hook up to the internet and when i called the number listed she said she would get someone on it right away but they never showed up. We finally got it reset and connected. There is lots of space !! There was 15 of us and there was plenty of room. The grandkids had a great time.

HI Marie, thanks for letting us know about the coffee maker, our team would have brought you a replacement, we are so sorry you spent your own money on it. I also want to apologize that our team didn't respond quickly to the internet issue. I have let our supervisor know about that. We hope to host you again with a five-star experience!

We will be back!

This house is exactly as advertised. Perfect layout, perfect location, well-stocked kitchen. check-in and check-out were a breeze. We had 8 adults, 1 infant, and 2 dogs. Plenty of room for all. There is a 2nd fridge/freezer downstairs that really comes in handy for storing beach drinks & ice. The air conditioner kept the house very cool! We had trouble with 1 of the thermostats (the one that controls the bedroom off the kitchen). We couldn't get it to stay on the temp we set, as a result, that bedroom was a little on the warm side. But it wasn't bad enough to worry about. I notified the property manager when we were leaving so that they can check it out and make sure that it's working properly for the next guests. Hope to stay in this house again.

Great beachfront house!

Loved everything about the house! Great location right on the beach and the house amenities are really nice. Everything we needed for the kitchen was there and the upstairs master was really nice! The wifi password was wrong on the display in the house but the correct one was in an email. The address of the house is not located on the house that we could see so just make sure you know the name of the house and send a picture to anyone arriving that didn’t see the house on Vrbo. The beach spots right in front of our house were occupied when we arrived on Sunday, which we were a little worried and disappointed about. But we ended up getting a spot a few yards down and it was fine. We were worried it was going to feel really crowded once we got there and realized how big the neighborhood is and how the spot right outside our house was taken, but it didn’t feel crowded once we found our spot. Overall a great experience and we absolutely would rent again if we come back! Thank you!!

Our family vacation was one to remember. It’s always a blast staying on the beach! This house accommodated 4 families comfortably and enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the sunset.
