Don't do it

Once we got into a clean camper, it was ok. Until on the way home Guerrmo called and said my kids urinated in the hot tub and that we put a bunch of chemicals in it. Neither of which is true. I only had one of my kids join me in the hot tub and only for about ten minutes. They have grown up having a hot tub and know better than to do those things. My son is 17 and would not do that! I was in that tub the morning we left, and it was fine. It could have been cleaner when I first got in, I noticed -but didn't think it was too bad. I will never stay within a hundred miles of this host. There are a bunch of tiny homes crowded up in this campground. There were some wild parties going on and we didn't feel that safe. We were lucky another camper opened up next door- The first one we were put in was completely unacceptable. The pipes had frozen up, so I can understand some repairs would be going on. But that did not explain the foul odor, electrical problems and then finally rodent feces in kitchen. The pictures on Vrbo are somewhat skewed. Not a true representation of that place. Guillermo says he has hundreds of properties, and I would try another one until he called me saying those things about my children. It has been three months and I am still so mad about that. I hope to never have any dealings with him again. We have had two great experiences with hosts through Vrbo since and I will continue to use the app. I will just be very wary of such things.

Quiet and peaceful location

Had issues reaching the property manager during our stay, she was very rude and was actually released of her duties during our stay. The owner and maintenance team were phenomenal. The maintenance team arrived on the weekend and was more than helpful. The owner was very generous and actually extended our stay by 2 nights. We stayed one extra night and really enjoyed our stay. We hope to return in the near future.
