Excellent property, very cozy. The location was excellent and very close to everything including Garden of the Gods and Pike's Peak. It was off a nice quiet stretch of road for morning walks with the dogs. We couldn't have been happier.
We enjoyed our stay at the little cottage and it wasn’t to far from places and the communication from the property manager was great. They also sent us extra info on some things we asked about that really helped us.
The host was great, very flexible with us and worked with our schedule and requests. Also left us a couple beers and a bottle of wine which was really unexpected and kind! Host had great book with local amenities and we did a great hike that was 2 miles from the house! Fireplace in the house was amazing and easy to use and the kitchen had everything you could ask for and coffee!! We would go back!
We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The perfect in between location for our trips into Manitou Springs and Woodland Park. Could not have treated us any better.
Place was fantastic! Host, Marc, was great. Answered any questions I had and very quickly. Place was cleaned and well stocked. Has a lot of brochures and a book with so much information on everything in the area. Marc gave info on restaurants, hiking areas, and more! My only criticism if any is the beds, very uncomfortable. That’s it though. Still something to sleep on regardless. We have boost mobile and no issues with service. Wifi also had great connection. The tv had lots of channels and I was able to stream from my phone as well. Highly recommended for anyone. Basically everything is within minutes of the cabin. Including pikes peak highway, garden of the gods, and many more attractions. Highly recommend manitou springs for shopping downtown and great hiking areas too. There’s a cozy fireplace too. It was cold when we came, so not sure if there is AC during summer. Kitchen was well stocked. Dishes, coffee maker (not a kuerig thankfully). And host provides plenty of linens as well. It is very dog friendly as well.Like I said, it was a fantastic place, with a fantastic host! Thanks again.

I’m a solo traveler and a full time real estate investor. Growing up on a small Minnesota farm north of St. Paul in Scandia, MN I learned early on, the lessons of the farm: patience, hard work and empathy. No kids, no wife, but I do have 2 black labs who keep me company. I love to fish and hunt and hike and mtn bike and snowboard and xcountry ski and be outside every second winter or summer. My goal is to drive across South America next winter on my avd motorcycle. Each September, I'm in Colorado bow hunting (elk). Then back to MN for bird season and back to CO in December for snowboarding season. Once the snow melts in the spring and summer, I'm on the water fishing back in MN. I'm easy going and flexible. After college I hitchhiked through Europe visiting 14 countries, sleeping in strangers homes and learning about myself. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting 29 countries so far and I love meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. The thing I love the most? Having a positive impact on your family and friend's vacations. Have fun, safe travels, and welcome to my home!
