About this property

Lakeside Serenity, Stunning Lakefront Home W/ Magical Mountain and Lake Views. Spa. Pool Table & BBQ

Lakefront Serenity! This prime location on the lake offers over 100 feet of shoreline for an amazing opportunity to take in all Big Bear has to offer while you soak in the unobstructed lake and mountain views. This four season retreat has a long list of amenities for you and your guests during your stay!

The outdoors are calling at Lakefront Serenity! There is a deep water shoreline and boat dock for all of the summer toys. Just steps from the fully landscaped backyard you will have access to the dock and lake.

The open concept of the main living level is simply amazing. You will be instantly drawn to the large viewing windows and the oversized outdoor deck as you feel an instant calming with the surroundings of nature. The great room has easy access to the dining/kitchen area. The kitchen feels like an extension of the living area. It has a full list of equipment including bread warmer, two ovens, large refrigerator, stove & great bar seating or doubles as a prep area island. The wood ceiling and large beams will transport you to the mountain living you had in mind when you decided to book your stay.

The main floor also has two bedrooms offering king-sized beds. The primary suite on the main floor offers ample space, vaulted ceilings and majestic views. Down the stairs, you enter the game room and have access to two oversized guest bedrooms. The second suite is large, cozy, with great views, and has a king-sized bed. Easy access to the spa off the downstairs master suite which is the perfect place to hit the reset button and relax. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with two twin-over-full-sized beds, big enough to sleep up to 6.

Don't forget the lower level offers a game room with an eight-foot pool table, a wet bar, and a large open TV/movie viewing area to create memories for years to come. A few other honorable mentions on this home are mudroom, laundry, and a second refrigerator for those longer stays. 3 master suites that all feature fantastic lake views, radiant heating, and 3 fireplaces that keep you cozy on those winter evenings. Just minutes from the Village, shopping, and slopes.

While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.

The same way you are expecting us to answer all your questions, concerns and help you out with any issue you might have in a timely manner, we are expecting you to be respectful of the home and the rules. Most of these rules are enforced by city officers since they follow a code or regulation at a city level, some are just to keep the homes as perfect as we possibly can, believe me when I say, all I care is for my guests to have an amazing experience and for my owners to love our services, but for that, rules need to be respected on both sides.

- Face-to-face check-in is mandatory by the city code, we will check you in at our office, which is in the Village, it will be quick and easy I promise!

- Parking at homes is enforced by city officers, no more cars than allowed please, if so, let us know and we will figure something out for you.

- Max occupancy at the homes are enforced by us and the city, you cannot have more people than allowed, at any given time, please do not lie to us, that would just make it harder for you in the end.

- You must be respectful with neighbors, if you have music going on, it needs to be inside the home as low as you can talk with your family and friends without raising your voice, think no one should hear the music from the outside. Quiet hours are from 2100 until 0800.

- Most houses in Big Bear Lake do not have a/c, be aware of this, summer can be hot but at night with some windows open it gets super nice.

- Ants, our super friendly ants are an issue, not a cleaning problem, they are just around. If you leave food over the counter tops, table or sugar, you will have ants soon enough, you have to clean after each meal, not just for good practice, but to avoid them, we put traps, spray and all, but the little ones are fast and don't care about it.

- Taking the trash to the clean site is a city regulation, not mine. but if you have issues doing it, we can offer you a service who will charge you to do it for you, let us know.

- You must be at least 24 years old to book any of our homes. We are a family-oriented company and we do not allow parties at all. The city will enforce this heavily and so do we.

We appreciate you following these rules, communicate with us if you have any issues or concerns, we will always try our best to help you, that's why we are here.

Beautiful home but a stressful stay due to our circumstances.
My family of 14 came for my sister‘s wedding. The home was beautiful it had everything, but it was a very stressful stay because as you know when you are in a wedding, you like to have hair make up &a photographer come as well. we were told that we could not have more than 14 people at a time at any time, so trying to accommodate that was so stressful! I was freaking out pretty much the whole time because I didn’t want to go over the 14 person or have too many cars there as well, we couldn’t even have company if we went over the 14th person we had 14 exactly that stayed, there not being able to have company really put a damper on everything because we were going to finish making the desserts and the favors for the wedding with all the bridesmaids, but they couldn’t even come and help so that was just another stressful thing for me.i’m sorry to say that I did not enjoy my stay just because of those reasons, but the home is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice.there is a few things that were not working In the master bedroom the bathtub jets did not come on and the closet was locked too so we had to have our stuff out in the open. Couldn’t even hang our wedding clothes. In The kitchen, the oven didn’t work Also, the carpet throughout the house had stains and in the bottom room with the bunkbeds in that bathroom the floor, wouldn’t heat up and also sliding door didnot lock the house needs to update their appliances There is no air fryer and has an old coffee machine. s

Solid location
House was a good size. Right on the water. TV’s are dated. House was dirty cobwebs and dead bugs. The staff was super friendly. The location was great. Hopefully they hire a better cleaning staff.

Little issues
Home was beautiful, but there were some problems. Bottom oven door did not stay closed, hot tub never worked, sink in bathroom with bunk beds drained very slow & upstairs balcony railing is loose. There was only one refrigerator not two, the bunk beds slept 6 not 8. There was not enough chairs to be able to sit & eat. We were a party of 11 & there was not enough seating for meals. It just needs some TLC. Beautiful property & great view.

Great Home, I wish previous renters had more respect for the home
This is a really GREAT home, it just needs some TLC and better tenants. Bunk bed room- huge coffee stain from previous guest, cleaners tried to clean upon arrival. Could not get tv to work. Did not use. Downstairs kind bdrm- bottom tile on shower missing, left bottom window by bed hard to open. Did not attempt. Tv will not connect to apps on Roku. Says no signal. Bathroom towels in washing machine. Downstairs family room- 1 broken Pool table cue found in backyard. Chalk marking from pool cues on wall where they are hung up. From previous guest Bottom oven- does not work unless held shut
