Happy to be back in Orange Beach

Had a wonderful time! Loved sitting on both the beach and patio. Was fantastic to see the Defroster’s at the Flying Harpoon, watch the Sunday football games at Perdio Key Sports Bar, great tacos at Yo Ho Tacos and many other great restaurants we have missed the last two winters . Great condo, everything was perfect would definitely stay again.

Family Week

The condo was a great fit for our family. We loved being on the 4th floor, perfect for that ocean and pool view. The condo was clean and well equipped. The bedding and mattress needs to be updated. Overall I would stay at this location again and will recommend it to my friends.

The check in host on property was great and solved my problem the online host didn't for over 24 hours. The room needs a new ice maker in the refrigerator or the existing one fixed, it's leaks in the bucket and doesn't make much ice. The coffee pots won't keep the coffee hot either. The kitchen was stocked perfectly and the beds were very comfy!! The balcony furniture was nice to have also. We also loved having two couches in the living area. The view is amazing!! We really enjoyed your place and will return.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and those gorgeous views. It sounds like you had a great time, and we’d love to welcome you back again soon! Just to clarify, your message came through around 11 PM the night before arrival, and we responded the next day with information about the additional parking option for your third vehicle. When guests book through a third-party site, messages pass through a few extra channels, which can make replies appear delayed on your end. We appreciate you pointing out the ice maker and coffee pot—we’ve shared that with our property care team to take a look. Thanks again for staying with us and for your kind words. We’ll be ready to host you again whenever you’re back at the beach!

Property Management

We received an email saying we cuold arrive early and use beach pool ect. knowing that check in was at 3pm. Property manager told us we were not allowed on property until 2pm and had to leave and return no earlier than 2pm. Property and condo where wonderful. Only issue was property manager did not make you feel welcome at all.

Thank you for the review! We apologize if the staff on the property acted unpleasantly during your stay as they are not part of the Beach Getaway Team. Additionally, we are sorry to hear there was a miscommunication as this property does not allow arrival before 2pm. You are welcome to enjoy the beach and explore the city until then! Please call us when you're ready to come back to the beach and we will get you booked into a property that allows for arrival as early as possible. Thank you for choosing Beach Getaways.
