Two-person "Glamper" A-Frame Cabin - Bathrooms & showers for all 2 person A-Frame's are located in the recreational facility, within walking distance from the cabins.


Ohio’s newest resort, Tappan Lakeside Resort: New construction, 2-person "Glamper" a-frame cabin nestled amongst the trees with beautiful views. Watch the sunset from a large private deck overlooking Tappan Lake, Ohio complete with handcrafted Adirondack chairs. Enjoy a wonderful night's rest in a queen bed with all luxury linens & pillows provided. Mini refrigerator, Keurig, USB charging station, central air + heat add comfort to your peaceful & rustic stay. Grills, towels, and private shower & bathroom facility available at the resort’s recreation building a short walk away. Additionally, there is parking available at the recreation building that you can opt to drive. You can have 1 Pet, 22lbs and under in this cabin for an additional fee.

Wonderful get away!

My son (5) and I had an absolutely lovely stay!! The A-frame cabin was quite clean and comfortable! We were able to fit so much in one weekend due to the location, and amenities provided. Shower house/rec house was regularly cleaned as well! Greatly appreciated the friendliness all around, and if you forget anything, the Laseside general store will have it! Reasonably priced too! Beyond a doubt worth it, simply for the view of the lake from your cabin porch! We definitely had a blast, and will be returning! *A large thank you to the establishment!

Cute cabin

The cabin was adorable but I didn’t realize the two person cabin had no bathroom. We were at the top of the hill and had to drive downhill to the bath house. Would have been nice to have a bathroom at least near our cabin to use at night. Also it was a surprise for the $200 deposit to come out the day before our arrival in addition to what we paid. Everything was clean and nice other than that.

Thank you, Matt, for your kind review. We have now added a latrine outhouse up by the A-frames. The deposit is a security deposit that your card holder holds for us, and we never see unless there would be any damages to your cabin after your departure. We hope to see you back here in the future!
