My family and I stayed here for a weekend, and it was very comfortable. Some music from across the street, but nothing that kept us from sleeping. We were so tired. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. I totally recommend it!

Great and safe location

The house overall was good, but it does need some repairs. The sink in the half bath is separating from the wall and doesn't have hot water. Be careful with the stove, when it lights up the flame is huge, make sure that you keep a good distance. But overall the house was comfortable. Isabel is very nice and accommodating.

Better than a hotel.

When my spouse had an appointment at the U.S. Consulate. I didn't reserve a hotel room quick enough. Come to find out, the hotel rooms we're all booked up or we're more expensive than booking a house near the U.S. Consulate. Not only was this property cheaper than a hotel room, it offered more rooms and space for my family to roam around in. This spot is in a secure community near the Consulate. Most definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cuidad Juárez.

Owner double booked our stay! Asked us to leave 4hrs before check out.

Worst experience ever. My small family and I opted for this property after reading all the amazing reviews. Everything was going great until a day before my checkout time, listed as 2:30pm MST, the owner Isabel messages me through WhatsApp to inform me she had another guest arriving at 12:30pm and she’d need a minimum of two hours to clean, so she’d need us out by 10am. She asked us to leave FOUR hours before the listed check out time because SHE made a mistake and overbooked. I am beyond disappointed and upset that this could happen. Instead of arguing, my children and I rushed to get our things together and leave as quickly as possible, completely ruining our plans for the day. AWFUL way to do business, never again.
