The view was great, I wish my schedule would have offered me the time to go in May as the trees would have been greener and made the view more picture perfect. The cabin was very clean and accommodating. Would like to visit in the summer and around October. I would recommend Bear Camp Rentals to everyone

Family Fun

This vacation home is absolutely gorgeous nestled in the majestic mountains, perfect for watching a beautiful sunset from the front porch. The game room was amazing and enjoyed by the entire family! It was the perfect little getaway that was relaxing and entertaining enough so that we didn’t feel like we had to go out unless we just wanted to.

Cabin was clean, driveway is a bit rough

We loved the cabin and would stay again. When we arrived we made sure everything was working. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work and couldn’t be fixed since they don’t make that model anymore. The arcade was not turned on but we figured it out. Overall, it is a nice place stay that is close to both gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Just do not take a lowered car or front wheel drive in bad weather there.

No hot tub

We enjoyed our stay here for the most part, the cabin looks just like the pictures showed. My family enjoyed the pool table and lovely views. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. We had a little issue getting the keypad to work but after a few tries, we got in. The driveway was quite steep and took some time getting used to. The main issue we had was that the hot tub didn't work during our entire 4 night stay, it was also only half full. This was very disappointing as this was the main reason I chose this particular cabin for my family. We thought we maybe got it working the first night and gave it some time before calling. I called and left a message the second day and never heard back. I then called and emailed the morning of our last day/night there and they said someone would be out to look at it. I finally got an email notice after we had checked out saying maintenance had to order a special part to fix the hot tub. After reading several reviews from people who stayed there before us, it appears the hot tub has had some issues--I would expect that the hot tub be thoroughly inspected prior to each family's stay. We don't get reimbursed or anything and looked forward to relaxing after exploring the area all day. We won't be back :(
