SPECIAL NOTE during hurricane season: Should the owner of the unit choose to evacuate New Orleans, LA due to the approach of a hurricane or tropical storm in said area the following will apply:
If you have a pending reservation, it is subject to cancellation with a full refund of your payment.
If you are already in the unit, you will be given 24 hours notice to exit the rental. In this event, any unused portion of your stay will be refunded.
