The hosts were nice and answered promptly. Unfortunitally, they let us make a booking in a cabin that they knew had a wasp issue. My husband is allergic and I have two young kids. We chose not to stay and only received a partial refund.

Beautiful property, very comfortable for 5 adults. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
This is the second time we have stayed at this location. The whole process of booking and communicating was a breeze. The location is peaceful and relaxing.
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay ! The house is absolutely adorable and the view in the morning is beauitful we woke up with several different types of wildlife in the yard and fields surrounding the house. Its was perfect for our quick weekend qet away. We will definitely stay here again .
Also Misty was very quick to answer our questions and the check in and out process was extremely simply.
We stopped in for a quick overnight. Nice and private farmhouse. If you’re used to the country it’s perfect, if not you might need a little bit of time to adjust.
Such a unique home in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Greeted by deer each morning. Although in the country still within :15 of small town restaurants. Very clean, has everything my family needed.
We were surprised it was great. Had everything we needed . Played cards and games. Went into town. Had deer in yard in the morning and was beautiful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your paradise.

Shortcomings!
The property is remodeled with reclaimed materials such as old ductwork on the ceiling, barn wood on the walls. It is a cute setting and the bathroom is nicely remodeled.Nice setting with plenty of deer to watch.Problems:1. Hot water is scarce! You get a lukewarm shower at best. Probably more of a get wet, turn off the water and soap up, then get lukewarm to cold water to rinse.2. The place is full of ladybugs, stink bugs, and a couple of wasps. My friend had them crawling on him at night and they are dead all over the place.3. No stove, washer and dryer, or vacuum.4. Due to the cold water, washing dishes didn't make us feel good about the cleanliness. Plus, the dishes left had dead bugs on them.5. Asked to hunt on the property and never got an answer.6. The stairs going to the upstairs bedroom is twisted and the steps are very narrow making it a hazard (the owners cannot change that).7. Has a TV and DVRs, but no channels to watch and the welcome sheet indicated WiFi, but there is no internet. It is a good attempt to provide a rustic cabin in the foothills of Tennessee, but it needs some/lot of attention.

Wonderful place to escape into nature’s beauty surrounded by lush hills of grazing animals. If you need a place to escape, and even want to set up tents and do stargazing, this place is it!
This was an amazing view and rustic log cabin feel location. Lots of wildlife but not too close as to spook anyone! Basic kitchen was perfect for us. Great place to stay. Wish the bathroom was not located so you had to go through the one bedroom but worked for us. Very cool interior decor! Pretty and comfortable stay. Such a kind host and great communication.
