Multi-home Lakefront Retreat- kayaks, fire pit, yard games, hot tub

Make memories at this unique & family-friendly retreat. This one of a kind property has 3 separate houses boasting a total 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 kitchens, allowing you to be together while having your own space at the same time. Enjoy beautiful sunrises & breathtaking lake front views from almost anywhere on this fabulous 3/4 acre lakefront paradise. Multiple outdoor areas include 2 house decks, fire pits, outdoor dining, private pier & huge lawn. IG: redbudlakehouse

The space:

We have provided numerous outdoor activities for all including: 2 adult and 1 junior kayak. horseshoes, croquette, hammocks, kiddie pool, outdoor baby playpen, , and various floats.

The main house kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, serving dishes, gadgets, and a Keurig. We also provide some spices and oils.

If you are bringing a boat, there is a private neighborhood ramp (and private house pier) for your use.

In the main house, there are a variety of boardgames, card games, books, and movies for your entertainment.

Also provided are a highchair, bouncer, pack n play, and baby bathtub.

Guest access
Guests have access to all aspects of our property besides locked shed and locked closets.

Other things to note:

There are countless activities at the property- both outside on sunny days and indoors on rainy days. Kayaks, floats, a big floating mat, horseshoes, board games, over 100 movies, puzzles, and much more!

Our main kitchen is fully stocked with cooking accessories, pots, pans, utensils, etc. We love to cook and entertain and so have provided all the things necessary to do so at the lake!

We do have keurig machines and provide some single-use cups, but if you are an avid coffee drinker, please bring more for yourself. The main house has a drip coffee maker for your use also.

Our outdoor kitchen has a gas grill with rotisserie attachment, a beer fridge, and other grilling accessories.

Very nice multi family property

This place was amazing. Our guest were also impressed. Having the different dwellings allowed privacy between groups. The boat is close by also. The place was clean as well.

Family get together

Family Vacation

This place was such a great place to relax & unwind. We had 5 different households that came together for our annual family vacation & this rental gave us plenty of room and lots of things to do. Fishing wasn't great caught a few catfish, but we were able to hit a few piers & found some good other fishing spots! We had couple issues but owners quickly fixed it for us, they are great to work with. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind this is your place!! We will definitely be coming back to this rental in the future.

Great vacation home

Had a great experience at this vacation rental. The location is perfect to see nature and everyone to enjoy the water. Whole family had a great time. Property provided everything you will need and as described. The only gripe would be outside the property where numerous fire ant colonies were and near the playground and sitting areas in front of homes.

Perfect Retreat for our Family

Everything was so nice! I loved the comfortable beds and sheets, and all the amenities. The kayaks and lake mat were hits with the kids and young adullts. Three separate spaces were great for each family to have some privacy, but still come back together as a family at the main house or outside. Our host was very accomodating and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Son turned 21- Big family

We loved this property. It was ideal for a big group w/15 people. Our girls (19 yo) used the guest house, our boys group (20-21 yo) used the bunk house and my husband & I along w/our 9 & 10 yo used the main house. What made it very easy for us was that the ppty was in a” cul-de-sac“ so we could swim and have no safety issues. The neighbors were friendly and the owners were wonderful. We totally recommend this place!

Ideal for Families

This is a beautiful spot on the lake for the whole family. We had three small families and each had their own house which was great for nap time! There is a ton of seating and lots of great activities for everyone and it is very baby friendly. My only note of caution is come equipped! The store is 30 minutes away and you will need to bring foil, paper napkins and plates, dish detergent, cooking spray and all of your own condiments.

Hi Terri! So glad that y’all enjoyed your time at our property! There are a couple of places (gas stations & bait shops) closer to the property for basic items that may have been forgotten. While we don’t provide items like foil or disposal plates/napkins, there are plenty of reusable plates, tons of various kitchenware items, and also some pantry essentials like spices that we do provide. We are always happy to answer any questions about what items are available at the property to aid in planning! Thank you and hope y’all come back!

Good Property for Family Gathering

Wonderful property. Updated kitchens. Well stocked houses with almost everything you will need and then some. Lots of water gear. There was ample on property parking for our 4 vehicles and boat trailer but the on-street parking was at times challenging what with other nearby popular properties. Good internet used by two family members working remote. We hosted our family gathering and each family had their own house but we used the main house for meals, games, and general togetherness.

Great location, Poor Readiness

The location, and layout of this rental is great. Lake access and peacefulness was great. When we arrived, the tarp covering of one of the 3 guest houses blew off in a rain storm. The property owner responded quickly, but water entered into the attic area creating a musty smell in one of the buildings. Couldnt use that building for a day or so. Once we got to use that house, there were dog hairs in the bedding of one bed. The second guest house had an air conditioning problem, the outside unit had to be replaced. The owner responded quickly, but we could not use that guest houses for 1 1/2 days.The second guest house sink drain leaked once we are to get it cooled down and occupied. When we arrived, the main guest was dirty; dog hair and dead bugs scattered around. We had to sweep after we arrived. The hot tub was not working when we arrived, and never could get fixed. Once we got everyone settled in after the rocky start, we enjoyed the spacious layout, water access, fishing and jet skiing. The property needs more maintenance attention and preparation before renter arrivals.
