About this property

Good times, great views, lots of space, and easy access to the beach.

Beautiful sunset views. We offer three bedrooms, three bathrooms in Grand Panama Resort. Plenty of room for family and friends. Two rooms have king beds with their own bathroom, and the third with a queen. Twin bunk alcove off the hallway. It's nice having the three bathrooms when everyone is getting ready. Has a nice big kitchen for the days you want to stay in. LG front loading washer and dryer. We love the space, the views, comfort, easy access to the beach, and two great pools with attached hot tubs. The condo is just off the beach (right across the street in tower 2) with beach views from every window. Location is close to many popular destinations and attractions. Some restaurants are just a walk down the beach. We really enjoy helping families and friends make lasting memories in PCB. The resort association does charge a fee for the parking garage. $80 for two cars, $50 for one. Maximum of two cars on property. This pays for security, maintenance, your wristbands, etc. Otherwise, you will communicate directly with me, Joel, and not a managing agency. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep all windows and doors closed. The salt air is hard on the HVAC

Perfect Views and Accommodations!

We absolutely loved this large end-unit condo with magnificent views of the ocean from every room and with a nice balcony with great views. The accommodations had everything we could ask for. Beach chairs were extra nice! The beds were comfy. I enjoyed the fitness center too!

Sisters Beach trip

We certainly enjoyed our stay, enjoying the beaches of Panama Beach City. The beaches are the cleanest we have found. The condo was exactly as described. We found it to have everything we needed. It was the best stocked kitchen, as far as dishes, pots and pans, I have ever stayed at in the VRBO world. The condo was very very worth a look from others. Hope they enjoy it as much as we did.

My family and I had a fabulous time. Our condo was amazing and the owner Joel is awesome to work with. We most definitely will be staying with them again. Very clean condo located at a fabulous resort. Probably the best set up we’ve had for vacation. Excellent cookware with all the amenities you’d possibly need. Very fast elevators with hardly any wait at all.
