Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom just a short walk from Marco Islands beautiful beaches, restaurants and hotels. Great open concept floor plan, & your own private pool! Three bedrooms consist of master with king bed, full bath, walk in closet, 2nd bedroom queen bed walk-in closet and workstation; 3rd BR with two twin trundle beds. Large open dining/living areas with pull out sofa. Foosball table, games, corn hole, pool basketball hoop; a comfortable, cozy fun, retreat you won’t want to leave!

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at this home. The pool and outside area were amazing and perfect for hosting a few friends for Easter. The kitchen was well-stocked, the home was clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved it!

Great little getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a few days during a conference nearby. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay with our dog. The location was great with a short walk to the beaches and dining.

AC was broken from the moment we arrived. The owner ignored my messages for days! Just kept telling me not to lower the temperature or the unit would freeze, or to make sure the pool doors were closed. The house was 80-84 all day and barely got to 77 in the middle of the night. The Master bedroom was well above that temperature. Owner finally agreed to send an AC guy that night and he never showed up. Another guy came to pick up a violation on the garage from May but he said he didn’t know anything about the AC but would let the owner know it was broken. It was unbearable. We have stayed in This home before, I am very disappointed in our stay this time and the owners willingness to do something about the AC. We bought new filters and fans to try to help but we just couldnt do it. It affected our vacation! To say we are disappointed is understatement.

Great Stay!

We had a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). The house was perfect. Everything was clean, the pool was warm and the location was great. No complaints, would definitely recommend this rental!

Loved the home! Just wish it had face towels and the master bedroom door would be able to lock. The pool area and the games were awesome! My family and I had so much fun!

Great Location!

Fantastic location easily walkable to the JW Marriott. Pool is nice and we really enjoyed the lanai. Lots of linens and a reasonably well stocked kitchen. Trash is picked up twice a week which is really nice.
