Common area backyard with fire pit and horse shoe pit- plenty of room to roam and spread out! **Please note that this is a VALUE property. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable place to enjoy your stay, we are not a luxury property.** House is located close to all the very best Boise has to offer! 10 min to downtown, close to foothills and Boise River/Greenbelt. Walking distance to a local coffee roaster, Caffeina. Neighborhood has a great family park only 0.7 miles away.
Bedrooms with blackout curtains make resting a breeze! Well appointed kitchen makes eating in easy and enjoyable.

The home had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy and all info needed was well communicated prior to arrival. Located in a quiet neighborhood and we were close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was a short drive to BSU and downtown.

Concur with vrbo advertisement that this home is among best price for 2BR/2BA home. It was clean and nicely warmed when we arrived. All basic amenities were available.I would call this home solid and rustic. I would call, Katie (vrbo manager), cheerful. The home almost has a camp-like feel with veneered wood counters and simple dining room chairs.We enjoyed our stay and would return if hadn’t just bought a home in Boise.

Cozy spot

The duplex was a perfect spot to stay while visiting Boise. Location was great, not far from downtown, and a quick drive to the greenbelt. The unit was clean and well stocked. Beds and furniture were comfortable. I would book again.

Very disappointing. Bugs, old, TV didn’t work, no “B” for breakfast. I even had a bug in my luggage.

We didn’t like the place. Charged a lot for a lousy place.

I am very sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay. I am unsure why you thought we provided breakfast, we have never provided our guests breakfast nor do we advertise that we do. As for the TV, Sherry messaged us multiple times that it didn’t work. She was frustrated that it is a “smart tv” and didn’t have traditional over the air channels. We did figure out the remote needed new batteries but the TV was not broken. To address the bugs; this is an older home with a huge backyard and a lot of trees. We do have a few bugs that manage to find their way in from time to time. We do our best to mitigate it but we can’t fully control nature.

We only stayed one night. There is only 1 AC wall unit for the whole home in the kitchen and no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Bed frames were homemade and the mattress sat on plywood. Host was great to work with; very responsive.

We have added another AC unit to one of the back bedrooms and there are box fans in each bedroom- guest didn’t find/look for them, they are in each bedroom closet. Yes- we have platform beds. I would just like to say that we advertise as a value property. We are priced below hotels but offer more space and privacy.
