Summary:

The Hideaway at Beaver Lake - located right next to Beaver Lake a quarter mile from Hickory Creek Marina. It offers an open concept to the living area, dining, and kitchen. There is ample room and seating to accommodate all guests with multiple things to do. Cooking in the kitchen allows guests to enjoy all the fun while preparing your meals. There is abundant seating at the bar, dining table, reading nook, and it is open to the living room with a new 65” TV and many board games and cards.



The Space:

One of our favorite thing we enjoy about the Creekside Hideaway is listening to the creek run while relaxing on the oversized porch swing, and the inside of this home is cozy and inviting!



This home has been completely updated and gives a modern feel to enjoy throughout your stay. We have an abundance of tables and lamps throughout the home that has plugins for your computer and phones.



The living room has ample seating with couches, love seats and electric recliners. We have a ton of blankets to enjoy while you are watching TV, playing games or just reading a book.



The kitchen has a huge breakfast bar with ample counter space and all the appliances you may need through your stay. The coffee bar has a Keurig and a drip coffee pot (it makes hot or cold coffee) several coffee syrups, creamer and sweetener.



The master bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, its own TV and remote and has easy access to the restroom. Adjustable bedside lighting with a charging station is delightful. Plenty of area to put your clothing and suitcases.



The freshly renovated bathroom is so pretty and inviting. You have a double vanity. A huge claw foot tub to enjoy while watching a movie, reading or enjoying a glass of wine or if you choose the stand up glass enclosed shower it is comforting too. We have provided an abundance of towels and toiletries to complement your stay.



The utility room has an abundance of storage area for you. Clothes racks to hang clothing with velvet hangers. A safe for securing your valuables (You set the Code… it is clear for a reset after our stay.) Frontloading washer and dryer for your convenience. We store bottled water here if you choose to use it. Your cornhole set is located here as well.



Entry to the back patio for your relaxation needs include an abundance of seating with the love seat and rocking outside seating while enjoying your meal or drinks around the glass fire pit in the evenings. The patio grill is included for all your outdoor fun with your family and friends.



The upstairs loft has 2 queen beds and a double bed. Each bed has new mattresses and pillows decorated differently so you can choose your style. Each bedside has a plugin for computers and a charging station. Enjoy the 55” TV in the sitting area with swivel chairs. A makeup vanity is provide with different lighting .Enjoy the essence of the outside upper deck.



The game room is a favorite with lots of seating and the shuffle board…a fun space for family and friends. A beautiful view and a futon…the kids love it!

Located right next to Beaver Lake less than a mile from Hickory Creek marina and park.

- Smoking - No smoking



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 21 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- Security - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces



- Parking Access - Garage is not available to guests.



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
