Redneck Riviera by StayBeachBox is anything but ordinary! Just steps away from the bay, this family compound has it all!! With 3 different buildings, plus a fire pit, pool, 2 game rooms, horse shoe pit, and BBQ heaven, there is more than enough room for your entire family or group of friends! The homes sit on 7 lots in San Leon, and come as a package deal! Your family will make memories here that will last a lifetime!

Main driveway can hold 4 cars. Any extra would be inside the left or right gates.
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8+ would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
