Located on Deerfield Beach's barrier Island, the studio is nestled between the ocean and intracoastal waterway. Your feet can meet the sand in under 5 minutes. The vacation rental is fully equipped and ready for your stay! We provide all linens, towels, cookware, and basics such as hair dryer, iron, blender, coffee maker. There is Wi-Fi, cable, central cooling, and free parking. The property has a heated pool* (pool is heated from December - April in Winter months), coin-operated laundry, and grill.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Darling property so close to the beach and all amenities. Kitchen was missing a few things: can opener, working toaster, no baking dishes to warm something in the oven.....but management was responsive and unit was immaculate! We'll be back!!

Older 2nd floor walk up studio apartment type. Nice unit with everything you need. We stayed 7 days. Beach just across the street. 5 minutes walk. Host not on site. Responded very quickly to email questions.

It was a great combination of location and comfort. The property is about a block from the beach, tucked into a quiet location, walkable to the main part of Deerfield Beach. The unit itself was as advertised, well equipped, clean, and comfortable.

Perfect getaway

The property was exactly as described. Very neat and clean. Great location to the beach. Short walk to restaurants. Easy check in and very responsive hosts. Binder providing valuable info regarding the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, quiet & clean

The check in was seamless, the manager was very responsive and helpful. The decor was attractive and the space was very clean. The building was quiet and we (there were 2 of us) walked everywhere, to the beach, shops and dinner. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Deerfield Beach Studio.

The unit was exactly as advertised. We had issues with the shower - but they were self created… there was one small issue and it was corrected immediately. One thing I would tell potential guests is that the beach is very close to this unit although the more mainstream beach area is up the street. The beach near the unit is very quiet but is a public beach. The unit had everything you would need to have a wonderful stay. Overall a five star experience! Highly recommended for couples looking for a getaway. Great restaurants and bars in a 1 mile radius.
