Oceanfront studio with direct beach access at International Apartments in Lauderdale by the Sea. Quiet, relaxing, romantic beach getaway location!

Your well-being is important to us, so we make sure to follow health and safety guidelines as set out by the CDC.

This completely remodeled studio is your comfort away from home. Fully furnished with a queen size Murphy bed, sleeper sofa, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV with cable, A/C and free WiFi.

Beach towels, cooler, umbrella and chairs ready for you. Come and enjoy the Florida ocean and sun! Complimentary bicycles available , please let us know in advance in order to resserve.

No smoking inside the unit please.

The property is located about 1.5 miles from Anglin's Fishing Pier to the South and Pompano Beach Pier to the North, where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops.
The beach is semi private, quiet and relaxing , great for a get away from from hustle and bustle.

Cleaning and COVID19 recommendations:
* We clean surfaces using soap and water, then we use disinfectant. Cleaning with soap and water reduces number of germs, dirt and impurities on the surface. Disinfecting kills germs on surfaces.
*Your safety is our top priority. We want you to have fun while keeping safe.
* Beaches are now open. Restaurants and shops around the area are also open following city guidelines for covid19 safety.
* Our studio is thoroughly cleaned after each stay and extra cleaning supplies provided.
* For Beach/Pool - Seating shall allow at least six feet of separation between groups of guests.
* As recommended by the CDC’s social distancing
guidelines, guests shall be advised to practice
physical distancing by standing at least six feet away
from other groups of people not traveling with
them.

Amazing stay!

Perfect location! Quiet complex and we practically had the beach and pool to ourselves! Appreciate the communication with the owner and I definitely recommend using the bikes to go down to the piers!

My wife and son escaped and stayed her for a few days. Alex and Aleyda, were great hosts and we have no complaints. The beach were a few steps away and the amenities were amazing. We would come and stay here again the next time we are in town!!

We enjoyed this clean and cozy condo with it’s beautiful view facing the ocean, right on the beach. Area is more residential and short bike or walk to stores and restaurants. Beach is nearly private:).

This little condo was everything and more we could have asked for!! Alex and Aleyda were very nice and helpful with everything. The view from the beach is soooo much better than the pictures! Lovely Weekend Getaway

The listing is just as stated. Very clean and quiet. Alex and Aleyda were very pleasant and easy to work with and overall very kind. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and there was a card and champagne to wish us well. We will definitely be visiting again.

A great little getaway

This little studio was the perfect getaway! The host were extremely prompt at addressing questions/concerns. We notified them of a broken beach chair and the locker was filled with two new chairs within just a couple hours. Initially, when we booked it said the pool was heated. That was not the case. Nonetheless, we had an amazing stay. The studio was equipped with everything we needed, and more!! The beach access was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy beachfront studio

We had a great week at Alex and Aleyda’s property! Located in a quiet neighborhood.. it is the perfect romantic place for a couple looking to stay away from the noisy downtown area! Yet plenty of restaurants within a five minute drive! There is a 180 degree view of the beach right from the unit. We spent hours walking on the beach every day of the week as the beach also does not get crowded here! Aleyda provided beach chairs as well! Although the building is pretty outdated, the unit has been updated. Overall, I would recommend this place any day over the typical all-inclusive resorts.
