Oceanfront studio with direct beach access at International Apartments in Lauderdale by the Sea. Quiet, relaxing, romantic beach getaway location!

Your well-being is important to us, so we make sure to follow health and safety guidelines as set out by the CDC.

This completely remodeled studio is your comfort away from home. Fully furnished with a queen size Murphy bed, sleeper sofa, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV with cable, A/C and free WiFi.

Beach towels, cooler, umbrella and chairs ready for you. Come and enjoy the Florida ocean and sun! Complimentary bicycles available , please let us know in advance in order to resserve.

No smoking inside the unit please.

The property is located about 1.5 miles from Anglin's Fishing Pier to the South and Pompano Beach Pier to the North, where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops.
The beach is semi private, quiet and relaxing , great for a get away from from hustle and bustle.

Cleaning and COVID19 recommendations:
* We clean surfaces using soap and water, then we use disinfectant. Cleaning with soap and water reduces number of germs, dirt and impurities on the surface. Disinfecting kills germs on surfaces.
*Your safety is our top priority. We want you to have fun while keeping safe.
* Beaches are now open. Restaurants and shops around the area are also open following city guidelines for covid19 safety.
* Our studio is thoroughly cleaned after each stay and extra cleaning supplies provided.
* For Beach/Pool - Seating shall allow at least six feet of separation between groups of guests.
* As recommended by the CDC’s social distancing
guidelines, guests shall be advised to practice
physical distancing by standing at least six feet away
from other groups of people not traveling with

This was essentially a hotel room converted into a studio setting. The place was neat, clean, and very well stocked with everything one would need to have a comfortable stay. Although the property was older it was very well maintained and the people there were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for those on a budget looking to stay on the beach.

Great Getaway with a "PRIVATE" beach

the place was AMAZING and the view was breathtaking. Even though the beach was not part of the rental, it had a PRIVATE BEACH vibe as there were only a handful of other beachgoers every time we went out to take a dip. Not to mention it was VERY QUIET. Worth the trip - Worth the money!

A lovely relaxing getaway..

My husband and I stayed at this property recently for a little relaxing getaway and it was the perfect place for just that. The location can't be beat, being steps to a very low-key and quiet beach. The chairs, umbrellas, and cooler offered were a WONDERFUL and well appreciated addition to the trip. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea was such a nice little town as well, everyone we encountered was so friendly, and you could tell the city puts in a lot of effort to make it a nice place. The studio apartment was small, but perfect for just the two of us and had everything we could need for our stay. The property overall is older, but well kept. There were maintenance people on the grounds every day that we were there fixing something, so you can tell they are attentive. The hosts were quick to respond to any and all questions we had and left great instructions on how to get around the property. There's a Publix, Dunkin, and CVS very nearby, which we always find to be a huge plus. I wouldn't call the area very "walkable" but the hosts provide bikes as well which would have been a great option had we not rented a car. If you're looking for somewhere low-key and relaxing, this is the perfect option. If we come back to the area, we'll definitely be staying here again.

This is a perfect little property for a couple. The room has all the amenities for a great stay. The beach area is very nice and not crowded at all. Having access to an extra locker with beach chairs and umbrellas is an added bonus.

Quiet, simple, ocean front

We just needed an ocean front, quiet and easy get away for our 10 year anniversary trip: this was it! The free circuit was helpful to get around for dining but we did end up renting a car so we could venture out for a day. We also used Uber for airport transport.
