Keep it simple at this peaceful and central home. 5 minutes from Hurlburt Field, private neighborhood water access, & a 15-minute drive to Navarre Beach, Fort Walton Beach, or Okaloosa Island. Just 30 minutes to Destin. Enjoy a lazy morning on the screened porch facing a protected wetland or a gorgeous sunset down on the dock. Parking for 3 vehicles!

The space
- Spacious master bedroom. Master bath includes 2 sinks, walk-in shower, large tub, and walk-in closet.
- Well-equipped kitchen with all standard cooking implements and a large smoker/grill combo.
- 2 well-sized guest bedrooms share the second bath with a shower/tub combo.
Guest access
The whole house is available for guest use.
Other things to note
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind (except BBQ) on the property (to include the porch).
- No pets—our yard does not have a fence for dogs.
- Our house sits at a unique end of the neighborhood that discourages extra traffic through the area, and is thus very quiet. The HOA enforces quiet hours from 10pm - 6am.
