Keep it simple at this peaceful and central home. 5 minutes from Hurlburt Field, private neighborhood water access, & a 15-minute drive to Navarre Beach, Fort Walton Beach, or Okaloosa Island. Just 30 minutes to Destin. Enjoy a lazy morning on the screened porch facing a protected wetland or a gorgeous sunset down on the dock. Parking for 3 vehicles!

Military discount for those PCSing or on TDY on orders—ask about per diem rate. Great temporary home for TLE.

- Only those on the reservation are allowed to stay the night. Visitors for 4+ hours or after 10pm must be cleared w/owners.
- No parking on street overnight—the HOA contracts with a towing company and they will tow any vehicle on the street overnight. We cannot affect this.

The space
- Spacious master bedroom. Master bath includes 2 sinks, walk-in shower, large tub, and walk-in closet.

- Well-equipped kitchen with all standard cooking implements and a grill.

- 2 well-sized guest bedrooms with queen beds share the second bath with a shower/tub combo.

Guest access
The whole house is available for guest use.

Other things to note
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind on the property (to include the porch).

- No pets—our yard does not have a fence for dogs.

- Our house sits at a unique end of the neighborhood that discourages extra traffic through the area, and is thus very quiet. The HOA enforces quiet hours from 10pm - 6am.
