This 2000+ sq ft smart home features 3 BR, 3 Baths, a huge fenced-in back yard with gorgeous pool, hot tub, mural for memorable photos, fully equipped kitchen, fireplaces (indoor & outdoor), cable TV, ultra hi-speed wifi, free washer/dryer & brand new stainless appliances
The space
There are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms inside. There is also an external pool house with a third bathroom. Let the dogs run loose in our huge fully fenced in backyard while you dip in the pool! Enjoy our screen room for Al Fresca dining, or sit around the fireplace if Florida isn’t warm enough for you!

Our house is in a cul-de-sac with a private driveway that accommodates 4 vehicles. The neighborhood has several parks nearby, along with the Pinellas Trail for those who prefer walks, rollerblading, or bicycles!
