Make yourself at home in this fully-equipped apartment at LIFE Bucerias, a brand-new development located in the heart of Bucerias' Golden Zone, just steps from the beach and from excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food.

Enjoy a nice cup of coffee from your private balcony with a view in the morning, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area.

*The space*

In this brand-new apartment, there is a bedroom with a custom-made king-size bed, a work desk, and a private full bathroom with a "rain" shower and two sinks.
In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa that turns into a full bed for a third guest to sleep comfortably as well as a second full bathroom.
The frontal balcony has outside chairs and a table to enjoy sunsets and the amazing view of the Pacific Ocean.
Both the living room and bedroom windows have motorized roller blinds and UV protection film to reduce the heat and keep the apartment nice and cool.
The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a large fridge and freezer, a blender, a coffee maker, and all the basics for cooking.

*This apartment connects to a studio with a queen-size bed, full bathroom, and equipped kitchenette to make a two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit for up to 5 guests. Ask for more information.

All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.
