This newly upgraded condo for 6 offers a wonderful affordable vacation opportunity for the whole family. This end unit is located on the quiet side of the building with much privacy and upcountry views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, and all new stainless steel appliances: smooth top range, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker and water dispenser. Kitchen also includes a breakfast bar with four stools. There is also a new full size washer and dryer located right in the unit so pack light! You will also find all your beach needs such as boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach mats, beach toys, and snorkel gear available for your use. At the end of a great day at the beach you can relax on the lanai or kick back on the very comfortable furniture and enjoy one of the three flat screen TVs. The 60 inch flat screen smart TV located in the living room is new and includes Netflix, Amazon Video, Apple TV, and many more apps for your viewing pleasure. The unit is also WIFI equipped with high speed internet.

The living room provides two swivel/rocking lounge chairs, a cushioned side chair, comfortable couch that also folds out to a queen bed, one of three split air conditioning units, along with two ceiling fans. You can enjoy the new 60 inch flat screen smart TV located in the living room and includes Netflix, Amazon Video, Apple TV, and many more apps for your viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has a king bed, split air a split level air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, and a 50 inch smart TV. You will also find easily accessible power adapters with built in USB ports on each nightstand so charging your devices is a breeze! The master bath has been fully remodeled with a glass enclosed shower with sliding door, stone floor, and a seating bench. The shower also includes a hand held spray wand in addition to a large shower head. The master bath provides quartz counter tops, two sinks and two backlit mirrors with three light settings. The second bedroom offers a full bed and a twin bed. Each bed also has built in USB charging ports located near the bottom of each headboard. There is also a 40 inch flat screen TV, split level air conditioning unit, a ceiling fan, and beautiful barn door for complete privacy. This room offers an upgraded private bathroom with a glass enclosed shower with a sliding glass door, stone floor, and hand held spray wand in addition to a large shower head. You will also find a large quartz counter top and backlit mirror with three light settings.

The unit also offers assigned covered parking for one vehicle and is located just steps away from the front door.

Haleakala Shores is located right across the street from one of Maui's most desirable beaches with outstanding snorkeling, boogie boarding, and beautiful sunsets. During whale season you can sit on the beach and watch the whales. Kamaole III beach also offers an on-duty lifeguard, playground, picnic area, lots of shade trees, nature trail, large grass area to play Frisbee, soccer, or catch. This desirable location is within walking distance to boat launch area for many of Maui's aquatic activities such as snorkel trips, whale watching tours and fishing excursions. World class golf is located just minutes away so bring your clubs!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything you needed. We loved being close to both Kam II and Kam III beaches. It was in easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants as well. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful! The rental was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. The owners really put thought and care into this gem of a place. It included everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked with items to cook with and store food. The full sized washer and dryer were extremely handy. Having two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms/showers were perfect for our needs. We took one side, and our kids took the other. They also included beach towels and other items..the beach umbrella and cooler were super nice to have. The rental is very close to a nice beach (literally across the street), as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Even with the rental being so awesome, the real standout was our host. At the end of our stay, Maui had a pretty significant storm, and our flights were rescheduled. Not only did our hosts send us a message about the incoming weather, they also accommodated an additional stay for us. Overall, we truly loved our stay at this rental and definitely recommend!!

Great Location and Beautiful Remodeled Property

We had an excellent stay in this beautifully remodeled property. The location was across the street from great beaches and within walking distance of almost everything we needed. It was a great home base for our Maui adventure. Jeff, the host, and Danielle, the local property manager, were very responsive and resolved the one small issue we experienced very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

It was perfect!

We had an awesome time staying at the condo. We had three adults and three kids in total. It was a quick walk to an awesome beach! The best part was the three boogie boards that my three kids could use in the closet. Checking in was super easy and it was a great price for the space. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice remodeled condo!

Beautiful remodel of this condo. Very modern and comfortable. We enjoyed how well the kitchen was equipped for our stay! Easy walk to the beach and nice beach equipment. Parking spot was a little snug, but we got used to it.

Excellent location in Kehei!

The condo is located just across the street from the beach, great location! It is updated beautifully, and very comfortable for my husband, myself and our daughter. The lanai is nice, especially in the morning when it’s shady and cooler. It is in a quieter spot from the road, which was great (although we had an energetic little boy running above us starting at 6 a.m.!). We were able to walk to shops and restaurants, which we really appreciated.

Lovely 2 bedroom close to beach

Had an amazing stay. It was very clean but there were some bugs crawling around the unit. Beds were very comfy. We loved the seating area though it looked into a parking lot. It was nice to have the chairs for the beach. The snorkeling equipment was all broken or leaking so that was a little disappointing.

Awesome place

We had an amazing week staying at this condo. It had all the things we needed (except pizza cutter and ice cream scoop but we made due-so many rentals don’t have these necessities). The condo was clean and decorated so nicely. The beds were comfy enough. The location was great being walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Our condo location was also very quiet being away from the road and other people. The covered parking was nice. The air conditioning worked great. They had beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, a boogie board and snorkel gear to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Great clean place close to beach

Great place, very clean and lots of beach things to use and a fully stocked kitchen. The bedroom with the two beds is actually more of a studio with the main living room area, but has a wall divider/panel that slides to split area. Fine for us, but had to be a bit quieter when someone was trying to sleep in that area. Overall had a great time staying their, highly recommend.

Beautifully remodeled condo!

The location is right across the street from our favorite beach on Maui. The condo is completely remodeled and very nice. There is an air conditioner in each room which makes it very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes lots of little extras that we don’t usually have pre-stocked in the kitchen at other rental homes we have stayed in. We loved our stay in this home!

Stunning remodel

This condo was just remodeled and was such a treat for our week-long stay! It was well-stocked with everything imaginable. The beach, just across the street, was perfect for playing in the waves and watching the sunsets. An easy 5 minute drive to our conference in Wailea left plenty of time to play and explore the rest of the day. We have stayed at quite a few great condos in the area but this one takes the cake!

Few mins walk to beach at Kam 2 or Kam 3. Tons of restaurants close by. Bus stop right there. Nice quiet pool that was never too busy. Coolers and all the beach equipment you need. The complex seemed fairly quiet with respectable tenants and owners. Short walk with only one flight of stairs from parking, perfect for luggage and groceries. My family and I, from ages 6 to 78 really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

Best condo ever

This condo has been completely gutted and rebuilt and it is amazing. We have been coming to Haleakala Shores for many years and many units and you will never find one better than this. Everything in the whole unit is brand new right to the dishes and cutlery etc. I went to go to the beach and took the umbrella it was still in the packaging. I can't say enough about B312 but we will never stay anywhere else again.

We arrived at about 5:00 PM and found the property not cleaned. Unmade beds, dirty towels on the floor, dirty floors and counters, decaying food, etc. Contacted the property manager. She arranged for an "emergency cleaning", but we still couldn't settle in until almost 9:00 PM. Ended up finishing the laundry ourselves. The cleaning person was competent, efficient, and friendly. Location is convenient to several restaurants and some shopping. Kitchen and bathroom sinks attract mites.

Close to beach but could use some cleaning

We stayed here for a week with two kids- the beach across the street and close walk to town were both very convenient. The complex pool was also a nice option for when we wanted to relax and let the kids swim. The unit was well stocked with all the beach supplies you could need (boogie board, floaties, snorkel masks, ice chest, etc), and the kitchen had enough dishes and cookware, as well as things like saran wrap and ziplock bags. We enjoyed our stay, but if you're someone who needs a unit to be extremely clean, I wouldn't recommend this one. The complex is old, and that typically comes with a bit of a run-down feel. The unit itself has been remodeled but it appeared to need a thorough deep-cleaning (around the sinks, inside the dishwasher, the floors left our feet dirty on the first day. etc). We wiped down all the counter tops with disinfectant on the first day because we didn't feel it was all that clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed, which was incredibly uncomfortable- you could feel the individual springs in the mattress. All in all, it was conveniently located, and it was fine. Not amazing, but good enough for our purposes.

This spacious, beautiful condo is "Da Bomb"!

Completely renovated in August of 2023, this gorgeous condo is really fabulous! I'm a serious cook and have NEVER had a condo kitchen like this huge one! It's fitted with excellent dinnerware, utensils, cooking tools, sharp knives and great cutting boards, plus handsome serving platters and bowls. Appliances are all new and top of the line. The honed white quartz counters are simply beautiful. Furnishings in the condo are new, comfy, and very attractive. Beds are really comfortable and have bamboo sheets. The Lanai is only about 12X12' but we loved it. Lots of birds in lots of tropical foliage keep you company as you enjoy all meals out there. The complex is only 1 block from the beach, but this unit is tucked away from the noise and traffic of S Kihei Rd. 1 parking space is under the complex in a covered space. The lovely, deep pool is a 3 minute walk. There were never more than a few people there, so it was a pleasure to swim, sunbathe, read, or meet people. The great Kamaole III and II beaches are no more than 5 minute walks. And there are ample stores, shops, and restaurants in Kihei. Don't miss lunches at the South Maui Gardens. They have about 10 food trucks plus ethnic cafes and outdoor seating in a magical garden full of tropical plants. It takes 5 minutes to get there if you use Auhale Street, a sharp left turn just before you reach Pi'ilani Highway. The owner and the property manager are wonderfully responsive. We had a glorious month there!

Family beach vacation

My family and I (2 adults and 4 kids under 12) enjoyed our stay. Hard to beat having a great beach across the street and a short drive to any number of others. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo but it was a great home base with all the amenities we needed. Would stay again. Jeff was very responsive to questions leading up to and throughout our stay.

This unit was relatively decent overall. The biggest difficulty concerned the pool access keys. We were staying with another couple but only had one pool key. The complex manager contacted the owner about a second key and were told they would not make a second key available. As our schedule was different on some days from the other party we often had to go to one or more gates to holler at them and get them to open the pool gate. Not related to this particular unit but the pool shower was not heated water. We were there for a month and did not see one person shower adequately to help keep the pool clean. The vacuum did not work properly. We had to empty the canister and clean the filter before it would work at all. The dishwasher was hopeless. It has been 20 years since I have seen such a poor dishwasher; the off/on switch was almost impossible to use and get it to turn on. The bedroom fan remote was missing. We finally got it working (not the light) by standing on a chair and using the pull chains. The shower had a lot of mold. On more positive note, the curtains were really good at blocking the sun and the Lania and fridge were great.

Merci! Le condo était parfait pour notre famille de 4 personnes et très bien situé, à 2 minutes de la plage Kamaole III (plusieurs tortues et snorkeling intéressant). Great Place for a Family

Enjoyed our stay great for our family since both our teenagers had there own bed. Lots of room and it was really nice having two bathrooms. Pool was maintained and it was a three minute walk to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the water toys and it was nice having in suite laundry. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and dinner there as well. I would stay here again!

We chose to buy a unit in Haleakala Shores because of its great location on the island. We are only 15 minutes from the airport so our vacation starts as soon as we land. Kamaole III is our favorite beaches to visit with its wonderful snorkeling and whale watching opportunities. We also take advantage of the world class golf located just minutes away.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy golfing, hiking, swimming, watching the sunsets, snorkeling, boogie boarding, spending time with family and friends. At the end of the day we enjoy family dinners on the lanai.
