E11 Peaceful 2/2 Ground Level, New Shower & Floors

Relax with the whole Come and enjoy this 16 acre complex, with 2 pools (one is heated), 2 tennis courts, large playground, private stocked lake for those fishing lovers, and a fully equipped clubhouse with WiFi, business center, fitness center.

New floors and a new walk-in shower in the master bath. Enjoy this opened and updated kitchen fully stocked with your kitchen needs. Close to the front (heated) pool but facing towards the green space, this condo gives you both privacy and convenience.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the air conditionIng thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
This unit is pet friendly. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors. Please clean up after your pet.

We had an absolutely amazing stay on St. Simons Island! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the pier, tons of restaurants, fun activities, and lively nightlife. The apartment itself was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly set up for us! The complex had great amenities that kept us entertained when we weren’t on the beach like pickleball, fishing, or the gym. Everything we needed was close by, making it super convenient. Overall, a perfect mix of relaxation and fun—we’ll definitely be coming back!

Great Location on the island!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Walk. It is convenient to the village and a short drive to the beach too! The condo was clean and king beds were comfortable. We will hope to stay here again in the future!

Our first visit to St Simon’s Island. Great location. Clean inside and out. Walking distance (about 1mile) to the pier. Lots of shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the beach too.

Charming coastal decor!

The condo was clean and comfortable and in a great location. We loved how close it was to the pool. I highly recommend renting a golf cart if you stay here, it makes travel to the beach and dinner so much fun. Both beds have extra firm mattresses which was fine for us, but if you are not into that this would not be the condo for you. I would rent this place again without hesitation!

Unfortunately, we had trouble opening the lockbox to get into the condo we were finally able after struggling with it for 30 minutes. The secondary bathroom shower was turned off so unusable. The bed in the secondary bedroom was so hard that the person staying there resorted to sleeping on the sofa which was saggy. The coffee table and one of the end tables were very wobbly. The latch on the patio door didn’t work so a bar was across it in order to lock it. We only had one key although we were told there were two. Lastly there was only one hand towel for three people. This condo needs updated and improved.

No offense but it appears that since the lockbox was functional it should not have caused you such trouble. It is a standard style lockbox nothing unusual. We have never had a complaint about either bed in this condo so perhaps if you knew you had special needs you should have asked. We have taken a look at that bed and cannot see any problems with it. The owner provided you with a very easy way to make sure door on patio was secure..more secure than standard patio door locks in fact. There were plenty of towels to dry with if you specifically needed x number of hand towels too all you needed to do was text or call us we would have brought more for you. My final thoughts are that some people do not travel well and in the future if you have special needs to let the host know you may be higher maintenance so they can be prepared for your visit.

Great location, great complex

The location and property was great, we were able to bike to the pier and beach. The condo complex was nice and well kept. The check in process was easy. The unit itself left something to be desired... it was a bit dated, but worse than that, it was not very clean. Surfaces looked wiped down, but when you looked further, things really needed a good scrub down such as the kitchen sink, there was a red sauce spilled by previous guests and left on the knobs and drawers in the kitchen, dirty floors (vacuumed but needed a mopping), bathrooms (shower doors covered in hard water, hair from previous tenants, sink needed to be cleaned), etc. I don't think the sheets were cleaned and were covered in dog hair from previous tenants. The upholstery on the sofa/chair in the living room needed a good cleaning. It wasn't the worst, but also not the best, especially considering the hefty cleaning fees charged. I also had trouble with the Vrbo app and texted the host to let her know in hopes she would communicate with me via text, but she did not and only communicated with me through the app so I was not able to read to messages and had to call Vrbo customer service so they could forward me to messages.
