Everything was great about this house. The neighborhood was quite and close to the highway. Everything worked and we enjoyed the pool. I am happy I booked here than a hotel. Host quickly responded to questions before arrival and during stay. Will definitely recommend and would rebook.

We enjoyed our week in Encino. Terrific location, within a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful to work with. Lots of local spots for coffee/lunch within a mile or 2. We walked to a few spots. Very convenient for getting to various expressways as we visited a number of different places. Great value!

Wonderful location, close to everything. Lots of sleep options and well equipped. The “game room” was a nice amenity especially for the grandkids. Pool area was lovely and pool and spa were heated. Cute house to have a quick vacation down in the valley. Very well maintained and had everything we needed. Especially impressed with the pantry selections. First time to LA

Beautiful stay, cozy place, and fantastic first time to LA! Our host, Francesca was outstanding in communicating with us and even checked on us half way through our stay. The place was just what we needed for our family trip. Plenty of room for everyone, nice neighborhood to walk our dog (also secure backyard for him, too), and the pool is so invigorating after a long drive, only wish we had more time to play in the pool. I highly recommend this place, it checked all the boxes!

Great house, pool, and location

The neighborhood is really nice - safe and pleasant to take walks. The house is great, it has everything you need and is really comfortable. The only exception are the beds which we found to be old and uncomfortable. But the rest of the house, including the kitchen, were perfect. The pool and tub were so nice and we enjoyed ourselves. The owners were very responsive and even came to help us set up the projector which above and beyond.

Perfect getaway

This is a fantastic property for your Los Angeles area adventures. The property is on a quiet cul de sac, but close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The house is exactly as described. It's very clean and spacious -- plenty of room to relax and lounge around. The gem of this rental is the backyard pool area which is large and secluded for privacy. The pool itself is quite large, has a jacuzzi, and is optionally heated for your comfort. We had a great time visiting the Santa Monica pier, Hollywood area, universal studios, etc using this as our home base. Communication with Francesca was always prompt, friendly, and professional. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Perfect home for a family

Great home in a great location. Well- stocked kitchen, clean home. Nice outdoor living space. Some of the beds are a little older/ sink in, but it didn't bother us. Had a great time.
