The new Riviera boat ramp is just a 5-minute drive away.

The home is furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind. Central air conditioning and heating is complimented with ceiling fans for each and every room. The outdoor amenities include a private heated pool, shaded outdoor dining, Kamado Joe charcoal grill, fire pit, and ample parking for all your toys.

What a view

Great set up for sleeping. Open spaces for fun time games. Everything we needed. We loved getting up at sunrise and watching the mountains warm up to the light. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Lots of room for parking. Definitely booking again.

The U-shaped open floor plan allows 180 degree views of the backyard and pool. Each section of the house is equipped with its own heating and air conditioning unit with ceiling fans for every room.

What makes this property unique

Nicely situated on the lake side of the 95 highway. Your backyard is BLM land and not another neighbor. Not many properties give you direct access into SARA park and its activities. Tons of walking, hiking, and biking trails from your backyard and the new Riviera boat ramp is a 5 minute drive away.
