Within a mile are the baseball/softball fields, rodeo grounds, shooting range, speedway, and off-road trails.

The new Riviera boat ramp is just a 5-minute drive away.

The home is furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind. Central air conditioning and heating is complimented with ceiling fans for each and every room. The outdoor amenities include a private heated pool, shaded outdoor dining, Kamado Joe charcoal grill, fire pit, and ample parking for all your toys.

Note: Heating for the pool is only offered during Oct - April for an extra $30.00 per day. The temperature will be between 76-88 degrees depending on weather conditions.

Great Place!

We had a great experience working with Steve and staying at his rental property. Booking was easy, Steve responded super quick, and everything was just as the listing said it would be. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in the LHC area!

What a view

Great set up for sleeping. Open spaces for fun time games. Everything we needed. We loved getting up at sunrise and watching the mountains warm up to the light. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Lots of room for parking. Definitely booking again.
